The era of the Republic of China (1912-1949), which gives an integrated meaning space to the 1911 narrative. The narrative literatures of the Republic of China, could be roughly divided into "presence" narrative and "historic" narrative by time. The core purpose of "presence" narrative is to judge the right and wrong of the revolution, as well as to construct an idealized democracy and republicanism. For the century transform of state institution "from monarchy to the republic", there are different views across different litterateurs. Synthesize the "testimony" of revolutionaries, adherents of the Qing Dynasty, bystanders, religious, we could see an integrated vision of the 1911 Revolution. The form carrier of "Presence" narrative is mainly by Archaism poetry, and archaism poetry, ballad, legendary novels, political novel as complement, has an strong character of ’the era of transition’."Historic" narrative bears more abundant and profound meaning. As the time goes on, the republic’s litterateurs have a more in-depth thinking and exploring in the 1911 Revolution’s value and significance. As 10’s and 20’s,30’s century for the timeline, examine the narrative evolvement track from content to form, it is not hard to find the value of the republic of China’s 1911 narrative in three levels.From the perspective of "subjects and citizens", the republic of China’s 1911 narrative had answered the question of "what the revolution brought us". Apart from those abstract political changes,1911’s revolution is a battle for every Chinese people. Step across from the subjects to the citizens, means earth-shaking changes from physiological and psychological to spiritual. This process go with excitement, difficulty and painful, whish construct the modern personality of the Chinese nation. From this sense, the republic of China’s 1911 narrative is actually diluted Lu Xun’s desperate narrative to a certain extent, make today’s people has the chance to know the profound influence of 1911’s revolution for China and Chinese people, as well as a concrete cognition of hard-earned "national identity".As a historical section, the 1911’s revolution opened the narrative process of "revolution and city" in the republic of China’s writer’s stories. From the late Qing and early Republic of China’s fiction A flower in an Ocean of Sin, to 1910s’ Guangling tide,1920s’ Long Tao Ren’s Words, and then 1930s’ Big Wave, clearly present the strengthening of the "sense of space". For presenting the change of ordinary people in the city, more complex character structure and the linear propulsion of plot, the 1911 narrative gradually possessing epic temperament, presented increasing clearness historic spirit. This spirit of history eventually point to the amplification of people. People grows in the revolution, becomes better. They dare to devote themselves into history, to express themselves, to make a sound, to uncover the truth, to give their life for truth and democracy. Reconfirming this historical spirit is the core of the 1911 narrative.The "revolution narratives" of the republic of China’s writers, presented a sort of romantic spirit. In one hand, the litterateurs shaped the first batch of revolutionists with "heroism" meaning. Litterateurs such as Chen Qubing, Lu Shie, Yang Chenyin, Yao Yuanchu, Lu Xun, Tian Han and so on demonstrate the great significance of Sun Zhongshan to 1911 Revolution and the Republic of China by depict Sun’s image in different period and literary style. In the other hand, the basic pattern of "revolutionary narrative" constructed by them is still in use by the follow "Chinese proletariat revolutionary literature", and "human nature restore" existing in its inner interact with new period of revolutionary literatures, incorporate the spirit. The 1911 narratives of the Republic literatures, which is the litterateurs’recall and confirmation of the tradition for the 1911 revolution spirit, solemnly opened the prelude of Chinese literatures’ "revolutionary narrative".Through 1911 narration of the republic of China, we are awared that for the republic of China, the revolution of 1911 is not only an "open", but also a kind of "loss". The 1911 narrative, which is carrying the recalling of tradition of the 1911 revolution, as well as a deeply criticism of the "fake republic" of the Republic of China. For today’s China, in contrast, to retrospect the significance 1911 narratives of the republic of China, is not only to know the truth, but more important is to "pick up". Researching the 1911 narratives of the Republic of China, is to memorize the content which is ignore due to the ideology of statute, to amend and rebuilt the people’s memory of the 1911 revolution after hundred years, also to provide the enlightenment and reference for the future development of modern China by revealing the true essence and meaning of the 1911 Revolution.
