Revolution in Ding Ling, was a very beautiful dream and desire, was anuncontrollable impulse and passion. Ding Ling in touch with revolution through allher life and unsolved until her death. On the subject of Ding Ling and Revolution,both in research methods, vision and depth have made considerable achievements.But the complex relationship between Ding Ling1920s and1940s novel’s narrativemode and revolutionary consciousness did not attract enough attention. Sensitivewriters tend to be the era’s herald, the formal experiments usually become theirweapons of breaking tradition, shocking thinking and changing social. In the historyof modern literature, Ding Ling did not create a lot of new literary forms, but do well.For every changes in Ding Ling’s creative process, most researchers hold the attentionof segmentation. However, the old language habits, expression ways, creative andnatural fit skills would not be completely abandoned because of one stylistic change.Those successful skills and ways although would be temporarily hidden because ofthe writer’s idea and creation adjustment, but it was impossible to completelydisappear, and would reappear inadvertently. In this article, two concepts that wereSelf-confession-based psychological narrative mode and Lengthy objective narrativemode would be used to describe the narrative mode of Ding Ling’s novels. Besides,Leftist proletarian revolutionary consciousness and Personal revolution consciousnesswould be used to describe Ding Ling’s revolutionary consciousness. By teasing outthe transformation process of these two narrative modes, the continuity of DingLing’s novel would be showed. In addition, through in-depth analysis of these twonarrative modes, we would find, for novelist Ding Ling, the revolutionaryconsciousness need to achieve by means of narrative mode, the narrative mode hiddenwriter’s revolutionary consciousness. The conversion of revolutionary consciousnessand narrative mode was in sync relationships. Moreover, the evaluation of DingLing’s left-wing literature was very low. However, by examining the novel’snarrative perspective, the narrator’s position and the narrative mode,proved when the Leftist proletarian revolutionary consciousness dominant, the Personal revolutionconsciousness not only disappeared, but in seeking a more esoteric expression. Thus,this article would present a more contradictory and complexity left-wing image.In the history of20thcentury literature, Ding Ling was a very unique writer, byrethinking the relationship between narrative mode of Ding Ling’s novel andrevolution consciousness, made us more miss Ding Ling who once burning up ondesperate a lot.
