Purpose:Data mining from the multi angle, multi-level on AD syndromes, syndrome factors, pathogenesis and clinical medication rules.To make the beneficial explorations for perfecting the system of syndrome differentiation of AD, and grasping the clinical syndrome rules. Moreover,to provide some references for the prevention and treatment of AD.Material and method: 1.Based on the literature reviews of researches on TCM for AD treatment, collecting and analysing the modern clinical study of AD, then uesing the frequency statistics, cluster analysis and association rules to analyze clinical medication regularity of AD. 2.By retrieving on AD of TCM literature from 1990 to 2015,and using frequency statistics to analyse syndrome factors, target,and their combination law. 3.To collect and analyse 112 AD patients’ s TCM clinical information,then using unsupervised data analysis method to study the high frequency TCM clinical information. Using factor analysis and cluster analysis to study the TCM clinical information by SAS9.2 software. Application of system clustering for index cluster analysis; factor analysis using the common factor extraction index.Results: 1. A total of 83 literatures in accordance with the requirements of the collection, collecting 93 pieces of prescription in total. From medication for AD we can see that the commonly used Chinese Herbs in the treatment of AD,such as acorusgramineus,astragalus, rehmannia root, tuckahoe, liquorice, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Polygalae, angelica, medlar, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Fructus Corni, dodder, Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Alpinia, jujube, peach, etc.Analysis of the efficacy of drugs found that,in the treatment of AD prescriptions including tonic medicine, blood activating medicine, sedative drugs, diuresis medicine, medicine, antipyretic, and diaphoretic, relieving cough and asthma drug astringent drug pingganxifeng drugs, Qi medicine,etc..The tonic medicine, blood stasis, phlegm medicine, sedative drugs are most frequently used.The results of drug meridian tropism, owned by four of the highest frequency for liver, kidney, spleen and heart.Through cluster analysis and association rules analysis,found that AD clinical medication compatibility with the tonic and blood stasis, resolving phlegm, resuscitation, and for the combination of common. 2. To meet the requirements of the study 58 articles are included, getting 97 kinds of syndromes and the syndrome cumulative frequency of 283 frequency. 92 TCM syndromes, syndromes as follows: syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, phlegm syndrome, marrow deficiency syndrome, syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency, syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency, syndrome of blazing of heart-liver fire, syndrome of dual deficiency of the heart and spleen, syndrome of kidney essence deficiency, stagnant phlegm syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome.Through the extraction of AD syndrome factors, summed up the 14 syndrome factors and 7 syndrome targets. By the analysis of the combination of descriptive of AD, we found that AD should be summed up different forms of syndromes. According to the literature research results, reflecting the AD mainly in the kidney, and is closely related to liver and spleen, brain, heart, the clinical pathogenesis of this standard is deficiency syndrome, as the basic standard for blood stasis and phlegm. 3.To collect and analyse 112 AD patients’ s TCM clinical information found that the frequency symptoms in the top 15:forgetful, weak waist, hair dry, fatigue, dizziness, insomnia, dreaminess, less gas lazy words, nocturia, tooth tooth shakes off, urination, dry stool, spontaneous sweating, emotional depression, aversion to cold. Through cluster analysis, preliminary judgment of the disease syndrome factors include kidney, spleen, liver, heart disease syndrome of deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, fire. Through factor analysis to reduce the dimensionality of the index, to simplify the problem, and 18 factors were extracted. By explorative factor analysis of AD TCM clinical information, that AD can be summarized as the main pathogenesis of phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency.Conclusion: 1. AD is associated with kidney, spleen, liver, heart and kidney dysfunction, and what the most important is kidney. The tonic is the basic principle for the treatment of AD, removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm,is an effective way for the treatment of AD. In clinical treatment, nourishing kidney, invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver and to cure the symptoms; removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm, and remember to unblock orifices, resuscitate spirit. 2. Through a retrospective study of AD syndromes of literature, summed up the combination laws of AD syndromes factors;although the syndrome of TCM Syndromes are changeful, but the factors and targets are relatively simple, so the study of syndrome factors and targets can make contributes to understand the evolution of characteristics of pathogenesis. 3. Combining with clustering analysis and factor analysis, we think that the main targets of AD mainly in kidney, spleen, secondly in liver, heart, etc. Disease factor in deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis, followed by the fire, and stagnation of qi movement.Deficiency is the most common disease factor, phlegm and blood stasis is the most important pathogenic disease syndrome factors.
