Research On Professor Huang Guihua’s Application Of Ternate Pinellia Compatibility Prescription Rule

Objective: Using data mining technology to study Professor Huang Guihua ’s application of ternate pinellia compatibility prescription rules,objectively analyze and summarize Professor Huang Guihua ’s application of ternate pinellia ideas and academic ideas,and provide a reasonable reference for the clinical application of ternate pinellia in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: By collecting and sorting out the medical records of Professor Huang Guihua ’s application of ternate pinellia,a database was established for the treatment of medical records that met the inclusion criteria,and the diagnosis,symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine and other information of medical records were standardized and unified.The standardized data were input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform for data mining and analysis.From the frequency analysis method,association rule analysis method and cluster analysis method,the diseases,symptoms and compatibility drugs in the medical records containing ternate pinellia were mined and analyzed.Results:1.Diseases and symptoms :(1)There are 19 kinds of diseases involved in this study.The diseases of spleen and stomach are the most,involving qi,blood and body fluid diseases,hepatobiliary diseases,heart diseases,brain diseases,lung diseases and limb meridian diseases.Among them,the top 10 diseases ranked by frequency were stomach pain,stomach distention,noisy,cancer,diarrhea,insomnia,dizziness,consumptive disease,constipation and abdominal pain.(2)A total of 88 symptoms and signs were involved,among which the symptoms with a frequency greater than 5% were stomachache,epigastric fullness,acid reflux,insomnia,loose stool,bitter mouth,belching,dry mouth,fatigue,heartburn,dry stool,endless stool,anorexia,sticky stool,chills,burning sensation in the stomach,and foreign body sensation in the throat.2.The tongue pulse condition :(1)A total of 31 tongue images were involved,of which 13 tongue images with a frequency greater than 5%,including white fur,pale red tongue,pale white tongue,pale fat tongue,thin white fur,sharp red tongue,white greasy fur,dark tongue,yellow greasy fur,white thick fur,slippery fur,yellow thick fur,dark red tongue.(2)Involved in 9 kinds of pulse,the frequency of more than 5% of the pulse are thin pulse,weak pulse,slippery pulse,weak pulse,deep pulse,wiry pulse.3.Combined drugs :(1)Frequency analysis showed that the dosage range of ternate pinellia was 8g-30 g,of which the conventional dosage of ternate pinellia was 15 g,and the average dosage was 14.9g;application of ginger Pinellia 204 times,Pinellia 2 times.A total of 75 traditional Chinese medicines were involved,and a total of 11 medicines with a frequency of more than 30% were used,followed by Amomum villosum,cardamom,Atractylodes macrocephala,licorice,Guizhi,malt,Divine Comedy,Codonopsis,Ginger,Epimedium,and Paederia scandens.The efficacy classification of drugs used in compatibility of Pinelliae Rhizoma can be divided into 17 categories.Among them,there are 12 kinds of drugs for tonifying deficiency in Pinelliae Rhizoma,the ratio is 23.70%,and the number of flavors and times used are the most;the second is the compatibility of heat-clearing,relieving the exterior,warming the interior,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating dampness,digestion,regulating qi and so on.It involves five kinds of medicinal properties : warm,flat,cold,hot and cool,and five kinds of medicinal tastes :sweet,pungent,bitter,salty and sour.There are 12 kinds of meridian tropism,mainly spleen and stomach.(2)Association rule analysis,it is concluded that Amomum villosum→ternate pinellia,licorice→ternate pinellia,cassia twig→ternate pinellia,Atractylodes macrocephala,licorice → ternate pinellia,cardamom,Atractylodes macrocephala →ternate pinellia,cardamom,malt → ternate pinellia,etc.,are commonly used compatibility drugs.(3)Cluster analysis.K-means clustering analysis was used to obtain four cluster drug combinations.Conclusion(s): Through the analysis and research on the compatibility law of Professor Huang Guihua ’s application of ternate pinellia,(1)it is found that the main pathogenesis of the disease treated with ternate pinellia is deficiency of qi and blood in zang-fu organs,and the pathological factors include qi depression,cold coagulation,water dampness,phlegm retention,heat depression and so on.(2)It focuses on the treatment of deficiency and cold diseases,such as cold stomach pain,stomach distention,vomiting,etc.The trend of action is relatively gentle,partial to tonify,harmony,slow to tonify deficiency and moderate,slow and urgent to relieve pain,and pungent and scattered,reduce diarrhea,dry wet to reconcile qi,do not focus on astringent;the disease is mainly located in the spleen and stomach,involving the lung and liver,and phlegm-dampness block is the main clinical manifestation.(3)The compatibility with ternate pinellia is mainly for invigorating spleen and removing dampness,as well as eliminating accumulation,clearing heat and warming interior.The most commonly used combination of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Amomum villosum is the product of replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,suggesting that the weakness of spleen and stomach in middle energizer is the main pathogenesis.The so-called " evil is gathered,and its qi will be deficient."(4)In addition,Professor Huang Guihua believes that the purpose of clinical application determines how to choose the processed products and dosage of ternate pinellia.Clinical medication can not be limited.Under the correct syndrome differentiation and accurate grasp of drugs,clever use of anti-drugs can achieve remarkable results.
