Research On The Prescription And Medication Rules Of Professor Cheng Choufu In Treating Atherosclerotic Diseases Based On Data Minin

Objective: Using the method of data mining to study the prescription and medication rules of Professor Cheng Choufu for the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases,this study takes the analysis and summary of the medication rules of Professor Cheng Choufu for the treatment of coronary heart disease and carotid atherosclerotic plaque as the starting point,and extracts the core prescriptions.Analyze the treatment concept and medication rules,provide medication reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atherosclerotic diseases,and promote the inheritance and development of the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.Methods: Collect and sort out the outpatient prescriptions of Professor Cheng Choufu for the treatment of coronary heart disease and carotid atherosclerotic plaque from September 2019 to February 2021,as well as the medical records in books,papers and journals.After screening and processing according to unified standards,Databases were established based on the TCM prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria.Data mining was carried out by using TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software(V2.5),and frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the traditional Chinese medicines in prescriptions.Compare the data mining results of the two diseases,analyze their similarities and differences,and summarize the medication rulesResults: A total of 447 medical records of patients with coronary heart disease were collected in this study,79 medical records that did not meet the inclusion requirements were excluded,and a total of 368 patients with coronary heart disease were included in 423 effective prescriptions and 140 flavors of drugs.Among them,there were 339 cases of syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm-heat and blood stasis blocking the heart vessel,and 84 cases of qi deficiency and phlegm-heat and blood stasis blocking the heart vessel.Professor Cheng Choufu’s top 5 drugs used in the treatment of coronary heart disease due to qi stagnation,phlegm-heat,and blood stasis blocking the heart and veins are Chaihu,Huangqin,Fabanxia,Dangshen,and Danshen;the medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold,and flat,and the medicinal flavors are mainly acrid,bitter,and sweet.31 drug pair association rules and 40 corner drug association rules were obtained through association rule analysis,and 11 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were obtained through core drug cluster analysis.Professor Cheng Choufu’s top 5 drugs used in the treatment of coronary heart disease due to qi deficiency and phlegm-heat and stasis of the heart and veins are Wuweizi,Maidong,Dangshen,Huanglian and Gualoupi;the medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat,and the medicinal tastes are bitter,Acrid and sweet are dominant,and the medicines are mainly channeled through the spleen,stomach,lung,heart,liver and gallbladder.25 drug pair association rules and 40 corner drug association rules were obtained through association rule analysis,and 6 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were obtained through core drug cluster analysis.A total of 228 cases of carotid atherosclerotic plaque were collected in this study,23 cases that did not meet the inclusion requirements were excluded,and a total of 205 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque were included with 205 effective prescriptions and 109 flavors of drugs.Among them,besides licorice,the most frequently used drugs are Quanxie,Fabanixa,Huangqin,Chaihu,and Fuling.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold,and flat,and the medicinal flavors are mainly acrid,bitter,and sweet.Mainly for the spleen,stomach,lung,liver,heart,gallbladder meridians.25 drug pair association rules and 11 corner drug association rules were obtained through association rule analysis,and 6 core combinations and 6new prescriptions were obtained through core drug cluster analysis.Conclusion: 1.Professor Cheng Choufu makes good use of Xiaochaihu Decoction,Xiaoxianxiong Decoction,and Danshen Decoction to treat coronary heart disease with stagnation of phlegm and heat,blood stasis and obstruction of the heart pulse;make good use of Shengmai Powder and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction to treat coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and phlegm heat,blood stasis Cardiovascular obstruction syndrome;make good use of Xiaochaihu Decoction,Simiao Yongan Decoction and Erchen Decoction to treat carotid atherosclerotic plaques.2.Professor Cheng Choufu’s treatment of atherosclerotic diseases focuses on syndrome differentiation and treatment,focusing on regulating qi and removing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,treating phlegm and blood stasis together,regulating qi and blood,and supplementing the method of clearing heat and nourishing qi.
