| Objective: Through data mining technology,using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)as the carrier,the author dug up and summarized the prescription rules of the tutor professor liu tiejun’s application of the prescription to treat the spleen and stomach diseases,analyzed the method of using the prescription to treat the spleen and stomach diseases,improved the clinical application accuracy of the prescription,and further inherited the experience of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners.Methods: 1.Data source: collected the patients treated by professor liu tiejun in the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2020.The main components of the selected formulae were all composed of the original books,and the subclasses included guizhi and fuzi decoction,ephedra and asarum fuzi decoction,reconstituted powder,fuzi xiexin decoction,wumei pill,rhubarb fuzi soup,wenpi soup,fuzi lizhong pill and loess soup.The cases required general data,records of initial diagnosis and complete information of the four diagnosis.2: data collection and processing for the attached disease subclass party cases,signs,symptoms,tongue veins,drug name unified specification of information such as entry to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform,by the specialist is responsible for data entry,and the personnel supervision and checks the quality of cases,the specified cases personnel shall not modify any of the information,so as to ensure the authenticity of information,standardization and unification.3.Statistical methods: frequency analysis,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical methods were used according to the research purpose.Results: Data mining statistics were conducted on 500 medical cases,and the statistical results were as follows:Cassia twig and monkshood soup 24 cases,ephedra asarum aconite decoction of 48 cases,70 cases of reengineering,40 cases of aconite xie heart soup,plum pill 29 cases,rhubarb soup 35 cases,lateral root of aconite wenpi decoction 66 cases,134 cases of aconite pill,54 cases of loess soup through "data analysis system" in the system of frequency analysis,the golden section method can be concluded that the tutor tie-jun liu to use more than nine basic indication of subclass party and its primary symptom,the tongue veins,syndromes;By using the drug clustering function in the module of "data analysis system-new prescription analysis",the commonly used prescription medication of the tutor is summarized,and the potential prescription medication can be refined in detail.Through the specific application of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,this paper summarizes and abstracts the characteristics,prescription characteristics,clinical thinking and dialectical law of the use of such prescriptions in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases by the tutor in clinical practice,enriching the connotation of the tutor’s academic thinking on the use of subclassing prescription,and combining it with the theory of "fu Yang" of traditional Chinese licorice,codonopsis,ophiopogonis,dried ginger,coptis.Commonly used prescription: cassia twig plus astragalus soup,processed licorice soup,yigong powder,rhizoma atractylodis decoction,shenling rhizoma atractylodis powder,lizhong pill,astragalus jianzhong soup,yupingfeng powder,muxiang betel nut pill,tongcathartic prescription.2 Ephedra monkshood asarum soup: teacher use of ephedra asarum aconite decoction treatment of spleen and stomach disease,specific for chronic atrophic gastritis,gastric bowel disease category type cold,irritable bowel syndrome,acute gastroenteritis,chronic colitis,functional dyspepsia,duodenitis,gastric debaucjed,gastrointestinal diverticulum,chronic atrophic gastritis and other 10 kinds of spleen and stomach disease.The main syndrome type is external cold Yang deficiency.Main symptoms: fear of cold,cool limbs,no sweat,tolerance,fatigue,epigastric fever,diarrhea.Main drugs: ephedra,aconite,asarum,codonopsis,astragalus,angelica,radix paeoniae alba,atractylodes,rhizoma chuanxiong,fangfeng,bupleurum.Commonly used prescription: yuping powder,zhijian powder,zhishi daoji pill,chaihu shugan soup,sijunzi soup,guizhi soup,jiuwei qiang soup,shenling baishu powder,lizhong pill,zhilicorice soup,tongcathartic prescription.3.Reconstituted powder: the tutor used reconstituted powder to treat spleen and stomach diseases.The specific diseases are chronic non-atrophic gastritis,acute gastritis,acute gastroenteritis,gastrointestinal cold,gastric polyp and other 9 kinds of spleen and stomach diseases.The main syndrome type is exogenous cold evil,Yang qi weak.Main symptoms: chills,tolerance,fever,cool limbs,no sweat,fatigue,diarrhea.Main drugs: aconite,codonopsis,cassia twig,asarum,jujube,processed licorice,ginger,fangfeng,chuanxiong.Secondary drugs: astragalus,qiang activity,rhubarb,ephedra,white peony root,atractylodes,bupleurum,angelica,three edges,leech,anzhu,tangerine peel.Commonly used hefang: chaihu shugan powder,qigui jia zhi fang,siwu soup,ephedra asarum fuzi soup,ephedra soup,astragalus jianzhong soup,ephedra ginseng peony soup,sijunzi soup.4.Fuzi xiexin decoction: the tutor mainly used fuzi xiexin decoction to treat 9 kinds of spleen and stomach diseases,including chronic non-atrophic gastritis,functional dyspepsia,chronic colitis,esophageal reflux disease,and acute gastroenteritis.The main syndrome type is yangxu hot knot,heart under the full.Main symptoms: cold limbs,epigastric pain,sticky stool,fear of cold,epigastric love warm,stomach distension,puffiness and acid swallowing.Main drugs: rhubarb,radix scutellariae,radix aconiti,rhizoma coptidis,cassia twig,licorice root,radix paeoniae alba,tangerine peel,rhizoma acanthopanax,herba hueryi,orange tangerine 1,bitter orange,peilan.Secondary drugs: gypsum,wind,wood,magnolia officinalis,gardenia,cypress,divine comedy,hawthorn,radish seed,forsythia.Commonly used prescription: xiehuang powder,chaihu shugan powder,jianpi pills,hopu wenzhong soup,fangfengtongsheng pills,baohe pills,cassia branch soup.5 Wumei pills: wumei pills were used by the tutor to treat spleen and stomach diseases.The specific categories were irritable bowel syndrome,chronic colitis,duodenal ulcer,acute gastroenteritis,duodenitis,functional dyspepsia and other 10 types of spleen and stomach diseases.The main syndrome type is middle-dirty deficiency cold and yu-hot(namely cold-hot mixed jueyin syndrome).Main symptoms: abdominal pain,cool limbs,diarrhea,tolerance.Main medicaments: black plum,rhizoma coptidis,angelica,asarum,phellodendron,cassia twig,dried ginger,Chinese prickly ash,aconite.Secondary drugs: radix paeoniae alba,atracy,codonopsis codonopsis,chuanxiong,tuckahoe,alisma.Common prescription: four gentleman soup,chaihu shugan soup,ling GUI shu gan soup,four things soup,clove persimmon soup,woodbine betel nut pills.6 Rhubarb and aconite decoction: the tutor used rhubarb and aconite decoction to treat spleen and stomach diseases.The specific categories of spleen and stomach diseases are chronic colitis,chronic non-atrophic gastritis,duodenal ulcer,functional dyspepsia,cholecystitis and so on.The main syndrome type is cold accumulation block.The main symptoms of the limbs cool,abdominal pain,constipation,epigastric love warm,fear of cold.Main drugs: asarum,rhubarb,aconite,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma chuanxiong,dried ginger,poria cocos,magnolia officinalis,astragalus astragali,jujube,rhizoma atractylodes,rhizoma albatrhiza.Secondary drugs: asarum fuzi soup,siwu soup,cassia twigi soup,baohe pills.7 Wen PI tang: the tutor used wen PI tang to treat spleen and stomach diseases.The specific diseases are chronic colitis,incomplete intestinal obstruction,functional dyspepsia,chronic non-atrophic gastritis,irritable bowel syndrome,duodenum and so on.The main syndrome type is Yang deficiency of plain body and middle resistance of cold product.Main symptoms: cold limbs,abdominal pain,constipation,epigastric xi warm.Main drugs: fructus aurantii,roasted licorice root,dried ginger,angelica sinensis,rhubarb,glauber salt,atractylodes,aconiti aconiti,radix codonopsis pilosula.Secondary drugs: asarum,radix paeoniae alba,bupleurum chinensis,tangerine peel,trichosanthis fruit,fragrant.Commonly used prescription: trichosanthis chengqi soup(self-designed),chaihu shugan soup,dachengqi soup,sijunzi soup,ephedra aconite asarum soup,baohe pills.8.Fuzi lizhong wan: the tutor used fuzi lizhong wan to treat spleen and stomach diseases,specific diseases include chronic non-atrophic gastritis,chronic colitis,irritable bowel syndrome,functional dyspepsia,gastroesophageal reflux disease,acute gastroenteritis,duodenitis,vomiting,duodenal ulcer,esophagitis and 16 other diseases.The main syndromes were severe cold of spleen and stomach asthenia,or Yang asthenia of spleen and kidney.Main symptoms: epigastric appetite for warm,cool limbs,chills,epigastric pain,nausea,tolerance.Main drugs: dried ginger,processed licorice root,aconite,radix codonopsis,Fried atractylodes,radix paeoniae alba,cassia twig,jujube.Secondary drugs: astragalus,angelica,poria cocos,tangerine peel,chaihu,ligusticum chuanxiong,atractylodis rhizome,rhizome rhizome,rhubarb,bitter orange,ginger,antler cream,fangfeng.Common prescription: sijunzi soup,chaihu shugan soup,astragalus jianzhong soup,cassia branch soup,siwu soup.9.Loess soup: the tutor used loess soup to treat spleen and stomach diseases.The specific diseases are 7 kinds: gastrointestinal bleeding,duodenal ulcer,incomplete intestinal obstruction,chronic colitis,gastric erosion,and chronic atrophic gastritis.The main syndrome type is spleen-kidney Yang deficiency.Main symptoms: blood in the stool,epigastric pain,cool limbs,pale complexion,fatigue.Main drugs: raw rehmannia,scutellaria,ejiao,red stone fat,aconite,Fried atractylodes,licorice root,astragalus.Secondary drugs: bupleurum root,radix paeoniae alba,thistle charcoal,angelica sinensis,jing mustard charcoal,dried ginger,cassia twig,tangerine peel.Commonly used prescription: siwu soup,chai hu GUI zhi gan jiang soup,finish take soup,licorice gan jiang soup,locust flower powder,chai hu shugan soup.Conclusion: The characteristics of the tutor’s use of subclasses can be summarized as follows:1.Classic as the outline,clinical trace: through the "huangdi neijing","treatises on febrile fever" and other traditional Chinese medicine classics,as the basic link of clinical medication,clinical diagnosis and treatment process,to observe the treatment,Yin and Yang,not the zang-fu organs,activating the traditional Chinese medicine thinking,improve the accuracy of disease differentiation.At the same time,for the use of classic formulas,it is emphasized not to modify at will,in order to maintain the structure between the formulas.2 Prevent diseases before they get sick,and help Yang to remove diseases: the occurrence and development of diseases are viewed from the perspective of sports.By combining the thought of helping Yang with the theory of treating diseases,the disease is prevented from getting aggravated from the perspective of sufficient Yang qi.The disease caused by subclass prescription mentioned in this paper can be regarded as a progressive development process,which is the gradual invasion of cold pathogens in the body,resulting in the deficiency of Yang qi in the body and the continuous development and aggravation.In the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases with the prescription of "fu xue fang",according to the development of the disease,select appropriate prescription and add appropriate drugs to prevent the
