| Under the new development pattern of domestic and international double circulation promoting each other,the improvement of enterprise’s economic quality and operational efficiency has attracted much attention,and the competition of business environment in all walks of life has intensified day by day,and the internal and external risks faced are also expanding day by day.In this context,large and medium-sized enterprises take the lead in turning their attention to corporate governance,risk management and internal control,so as to strengthen the level of internal comprehensive management,resist major risks,improve economic benefits,and finally realize the value-added of the organization.Therefore,the internal audit department,which carries related functions,has been greatly improved in organizational status,and at the same time,its work requirements are getting higher and higher,and the task of audit value-added has gradually become a new theme.As a large and diversified central enterprise in China,M Group has also entered a new stage of empowering audit valueadded.Although scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on the understanding,cognition,implementation approaches and limitations of value-added internal audit,on the whole,China’s audit industry started relatively late and developed relatively slowly,and most companies,including M Group,still have a one-sided and not deep understanding of internal audit,so that in the face of the new mode of enterprise internal audit at the current development stage-value-added internal audit,they still have not found a practical and operational scheme.With the goal of internal audit promoting enterprise value-added,this thesis combs the research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on audit value-added through literature research,field investigation,case analysis and other methods,based on the relevant theories such as principal-agent,risk management and value chain,and reveals the problems of M Group’s value-added internal audit function system,namely: the independence of audit work is not strong and there is no supervision and evaluation procedure;The pretrial investigation of the project is insufficient and the on-site audit efficiency is low;The degree of specialization of audit team needs to be improved;The degree of digital application of audit projects is low;The effectiveness of audit rectification is not satisfactory.In view of the above problems,this thesis further discusses the reasons why the value-added internal audit function system of M Group is not ideal,including the lack of correct understanding of audit work within the company,the inadequate management of audit plan,the single composition of auditors’ education and work experience background,the inadequate construction and application of audit information system,and the lack of follow-up audit procedures in the audit process,and tries to build an optimized scheme.Specifically,first,it strengthens the independence of internal audit and establishes a supervision and evaluation mechanism;The second is to make an overall internal audit plan with the goal of value added;The third is to optimize the internal audit team and establish an expert resource pool;Fourth,improve internal audit information technology means;The fifth is to improve the internal audit rectification work.In addition,in order to ensure that the value-added internal audit system can operate effectively,safeguard measures are put forward from four aspects in order to achieve the preset effect.Value-added internal audit is one of the main ways for organizations to cope with the complex political and economic environment and enhance their core competitiveness.Compared with traditional internal audit,its existence significance is to realize enterprise value appreciation,its specific function is confirmation and consultation,and its audit degree is deeper and its audit field is broader.Based on the actual situation of M Group,this thesis provides a reference for China’s diversified and group-like central enterprises to effectively optimize the value-added internal audit,which is conducive to the formation of a more perfect theoretical system and application experience in China’s audit industry,promoting the reform and development of enterprise internal audit,improving enterprise management level and increasing enterprise value. |
