Research On Optimization Of Value-added Internal Audit System In TX Enterprises

The eternal goal of enterprise management is how to realize value-added.The internal audit is to help improve the operation and increase the value of an enterprise by evaluating the risk management,internal control and corporate governance independently and objectively Therefore,strengthening internal audit management and optimizing internal audit system are important means for enterprises to promote value-added and strengthen management and controlFrom the perspective of internal audit value-added,based on the related concepts of internal audit,the theory of fiduciary responsibility,and the theory of value chain,based on the strategic goals of TX companies,combined with the business operations and internal audit work of the company,the balanced scorecard is used.This paper studies the value-added of internal audit of TX enterprises,and uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to obtain the weight of evaluation indicators.Finally,the value-added evaluation of internal audit of TX enterprises is obtainedThe research shows that the value-added of internal audit of TX companies is currently in a medium state.Based on the survey results of senior management of TX companies and the evaluation of the balanced scorecard analysis,the internal control,risk management and basic capabilities of internal audit of TX companies are Poor value-added Based on the above situation,the author believes that it is necessary to clarify the optimization principle of TX enterprise value-added internal audit system,optimize the integrated value-added internal audit system integrating organization,personnel,business,system and process,and provide corresponding safeguard measures to help the enterprise realize the strategic goal of value maximization.
