At present,the concept of green development runs through all stages of the economy and society.In particular,the 14 th Five-Year Plan puts forward new requirements for strengthening the construction of ecological civilization and accelerating the promotion of green and low-carbon development.The comprehensive green transformation of the economy and society has become the vision of China ’s socialist modernization.It is not easy to achieve the goal of carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 on schedule.This is a systematic change involving technology,industry,production and lifestyle transformation,and it is also an extensive and profound economic and social change.Therefore,accelerating the green transformation of industry and building an industrial system dominated by green industry is an important way to reduce production and manufacturing carbon emissions and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.In this context,it is of great significance for China ’s industrial green development to study the efficiency of green finance supporting industrial green transformation and enhance the ability of green finance to support industrial green transformation.In order to achieve the above research purposes,this paper collects and collates the data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020,and uses DEA-BCC and DEA-Malmquist models to analyze the efficiency of Green Finance supporting industrial green transformation in China in the past ten years.Static and dynamic analysis,and use Tobit model to explore the influencing factors of green finance supporting industrial transformation efficiency.Finally,combined with the actual analysis,from three aspects to enhance China ’s green financial support for industrial green transformation policy recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)According to the DEA-BCC model,the efficiency of Green Finance supporting industrial green transformation in 30 provinces and cities in China from 2011 to 2020 is relatively low and not effective;there are differences in the efficiency of Green Finance supporting industrial green transformation in different regions,with the highest efficiency in the east,followed by the middle and the lowest in the west.(2)According to the DEA-Malmquist index method,the total factor productivity of China ’s Green Finance in supporting the green transformation of industry has shown a downward trend in recent years.The low average value of the technical progress index and the pure technical efficiency change index is the main factor that drags down the efficiency of various provinces and cities in China.Moreover,the role of green finance in the three major regions in supporting industrial green transformation is inefficient,but the efficiency value of the central and western regions is higher than that of the eastern regions.(3)the Tobit model is used to regress the influencing factors of the efficiency of Green Finance supporting industrial green transformation.It is found that the level of economic development,industrial structure,technological innovation and the degree of opening to the outside world have a significant positive effect on China ’s Green Finance supporting industrial green transformation,but foreign direct investment has a significant reverse effect on China ’s Green Finance supporting industrial green transformation.Figure 9 Table 11 Reference 83...
