China’s rail vehicle manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but with the domestic and foreign rail vehicle manufacturing market competition has become more complex and intense,each rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises are facing the dilemma of gradually reducing market prices and shrinking market share year by year,the adoption of advanced production mode,improve enterprise production efficiency,compress production costs is the inevitable requirements of each enterprise to adapt to environmental changes.The mode of station system and rhythmic production is the embodiment of Lean manufacturing.As the leading enterprise in the manufacturing of rail vehicles,Enterprise A took the lead in the application and exploration of the production mode of station system and beat,and achieved good results.However,with the widespread promotion of workstation based rhythm production methods,the problems of low production efficiency and slow development in certain departments and production lines have also been exposed.This thesis first sorts out relevant theories and literature,selects the input-output index based on the actual production situation of A company’s workstation based rhythmic production,and constructs an evaluation index system for the efficiency of workstation based rhythmic production.Then,from a static perspective,the DEA-BCC model is used to calculate and analyze the pure technical efficiency,comprehensive technical efficiency,and scale efficiency of A company’s various production line groups’ workstation based rhythmic production,Then,the DEA Malmquist index is used to decompose the comprehensive technical efficiency,analyze the changes in the relevant efficiency index,and achieve a combination of static and dynamic efficiency evaluation.The analysis results show that each production line group has problems such as incomplete work station rhythm and low input-output conversion rate.Based on this,this thesis provides targeted improvement measures for different production line groups.The evaluation system constructed in this thesis not only provides ideas for enterprises to solve problems,but also provides reference for other enterprises in the industry.
