With the development of social economy and the proposal of China’s manufacturing strategy,China’s manufacturing enterprises are strongly encouraged to carry out product innovation and improve the added value of their products.In this process,strengthening the intellectual property management of enterprises is the key to improving their level of independent innovation.Companies need to base their product innovation on the acquisition and protection of intellectual property rights.Therefore,the use of intellectual property rights is a major way for companies to obtain benefits from innovation,and in order to ensure the rights and interests of companies,it is necessary to effectively protect them.In the process of continuous technological innovation,the company also needs to strengthen the risk management of independent intellectual property rights,and effectively protect and apply intellectual property rights.The management of intellectual property risks is very important in the development process of molding materials enterprises in China.As a typical modeling material enterprise,Company C has made some achievements in intellectual property protection,but in the face of its risk management,there are still many urgent issues to be resolved.Based on the theoretical foundation of intellectual property risk management,this article mainly conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of intellectual property risk management in Company C,in order to identify the main problems in intellectual property risk management in Company C,and find that there are still shortcomings in the basis of risk management,risk management processes,and risk management mechanisms.To address these issues,identify and analyze the intellectual property risk points of Company C,summarize the main influencing factors in five aspects:management risk,technical risk,personnel risk,information risk,and cultural risk,and evaluate the intellectual property risk management of Company C using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to screen out the factors that have a significant impact on the intellectual property risk management of Company C,And determine the impact of these factors,thereby proposing targeted risk management measures.Through the evaluation of intellectual property risk management in Company C,although the overall risk level evaluation result of intellectual property is average,there are still risk points with high risk levels.Therefore,there are still areas for improvement in the intellectual property risk management of Company C,especially for those with high risk rating and general risk points,which need to be focused on to improve the intellectual property risk management level of Company C.
