Financial Analysis Of S Company Based On Factor Analysis

At present,the service industry accounts for a large proportion in China’s economic structure,and the main force of the national economy has tilted to this.The demand to study the financial situation of Listed Companies in the service industry has greatly increased.Using scientific and reasonable methods to analyze and study the enterprise finance can better serve the majority of stakeholders,and provide enterprise managers with financial improvement measures to better manage the enterprise.The target enterprise selected in this paper is the listed company in the tourism and hotel industry in the tertiary industry.By collecting and sorting out the financial data of listed companies,27 listed companies in the same industry are selected for horizontal financial analysis,and then the financial information of the target enterprise from 2013 to 2020 is selected for vertical financial analysis.Through two dimensions,the financial analysis method of factor analysis is used,Find four financial common factors for the two-dimensional financial data,and then use the common factors to obtain a comprehensive financial analysis score,rank the 27 companies in the horizontal comparison,and then rank the comprehensive scores of the8-year target companies in the vertical comparison,so as to complete a two-dimensional financial analysis and find the financial problems of the target company,Find the reasons by analyzing the financial problems,and finally give the opinions and suggestions to improve the financial problems of the target company.We also find the most suitable solutions by referring to similar papers,hoping to bring some help to listed companies.Moreover,the trend of China’s future tourism hotel industry is that the expansion of tourism and business travel demand and the gradual improvement of transportation network system will bring great opportunities and challenges to target listed companies.How to give full play to their advantages in the future development process,To avoid disadvantages,seize opportunities and meet challenges,we need to carry out continuous financial analysis,find and solve financial problems,and then stand out in the fierce market competition.
