Regional tourism industry forms region important component economy.Regional tourism industry in the social economic life is conspicuous day by day. Throughs tatistical software eviews,spss,SAS, excel, this thesis utilizes methods of index ,factor analysis, correlative analysis and correspondence analysis to analyze the development of tourism industry by region in China,and discusses zhe present situation development of Regional tourism industry.Firstly,this paper use the Gini Coefficient and Theil Indices to analyze the difference of regional tourism in our country,to find out the tendency:the absolute difference increases,the relative reduce unceasing.Secondly, after positive analysis of relation of the economy growth and the development of Chinese tourism, this paper calculates the regional tourism industry economy contribution rate, discovers the economical contribution degree and the contribution difference, and obtains the region tourism in region economy status.Wo cannot use the absolute value to weigh the status of the region tourism in the region economy, therefore this article uses the exponential method to carry on reckoning to the region tourism economical contribution rata.Thirdly,this thesis uses the factor analysis to carry on comprehensive evaluation to the development of regional tourism industry. Because this method eliminates the over lapped information of primitive indexes which is harmful to comprehensive evaluation, it makes the result more rational and reliable. Regarding the variance contribution rate of each factor as right count weight, this thesis gets the evaluation score and rank. And these weights which are provided by factor analysis are objective and make comprehensive evaluation fair and objective.Forthly, this thesis analyzes individual index of every region with correspondence analysis. Diference of development of regional tourism industry causes to the diference of development of the indexes. Model R factor analysis or Model Q factor analysis can draw common factor of in dex or regional common factor,but they only can get index classification or area distribution and can't reflect the interrelation among the regions and indexes of development of regional tourism industry. Making use of correspondence analysis, this thesis probes into the quality and insuficient in these indexes of the development of regional tourism industry.Through comprehensive evaluation and relevant statistical analysis in the development of regional tourism industry,we can receive some helpful in spiration and expect to be able to ofer beter mentality for harmonious development of the region tourism.
