Research On Community Integration Of Land-Lost Farmers

With the further promotion of new-type urbanization,the rapid development of central and western cities,especially small and medium-sized cities,has to a certain extent taken up rural land resources and generated a large number of land-lost farmers.Centralized community resettlement can quickly and effectively solve the housing problems of land-lost farmers,and thus form a number of resettlement communities for land-lost farmers.Displaced farmers entering resettlement communities face great changes in living space,interpersonal relationships,living habits,identity and ideology,and there are a series of problems in the integration of dislocated farmers into the community.Only by uncovering the problems of community integration of land-lost farmers and providing solutions can we promote the real integration of land-lost farmers into the community,promote community construction and development,let land-lost farmers truly enjoy the fruits of urbanization development,and improve the quality of urbanization development.This paper discusses and analyzes the integration of land-lost farmers in X Community,a resettlement community in Suining City,Sichuan Province,then dig out the problems of community integration of land-lost farmers and propose solutions.This paper aims to reflect some of the problems of community integration of land-lost farmers in a small way and provide inspiration and thoughts for future research.This paper mainly uses field observations,questionnaires and interviews to understand the integration of land-lost farmers in X community from several dimensions,including community daily life,community living environment,community relationships and psychological aspects,to explore the problems that exist in it,and to propose solutions in combination with theoretical analysis.The analysis shows that the following problems exist in the community integration of land-lost farmers in X community: first,the community support facilities are not perfect,and the community integration of land-lost farmers is hindered;second,the community management is not in place,and the community integration of land-lost farmers is difficult;third,the community interaction of land-lost farmers is introverted,and the integration of community relations is difficult to promote;fourth,the community interaction of land-lost farmers is insufficient,and the main position of the community construction of land-lost farmers is missing;fifth,the land-lost farmers are in identity dilemma,and the community psychological integration is hidden.Fifth,land-lost farmers are caught in identity dilemmas,and there are hidden dangers in community psychological integration.The following measures are proposed: first,play the role of local government to strengthen community construction guidance and support;second,strengthen the construction of grassroots self-government organizations to improve community management capacity;third,integrate multiple resources to improve community construction;fourth,strengthen the construction of community culture to cultivate a common sense of community;fifth,enhance resident-community interaction to highlight the main position of community construction of land-lost farmers Sixth,to speed up the identity transformation of land-lost farmers and eliminate the delay of identity of land-lost farmers.
