The Countermeasures For The Development And Expansion Of Village-level Collective Economy In Lijiang

China is a large agricultural country,and agricultural and rural areas have always played an indispensable role in China’s development process.With the acceleration of the overall promotion of rural revitalization process and the deepening of reform,the work of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" has become increasingly important,but at the same time,some issues have also been exposed,and agricultural and rural areas have made great contributions to the development of the country and social economy,"However,they cannot fully share the fruits of development.Although the rural economy is growing continuously,there is still a significant gap between the rapid development of cities and the living standards,income,medical care,education,and other aspects of farmers.".This seriously restricts the overall development of China’s economy and seriously hinders the harmonious development of social economy.The rural collective economy is an important material foundation for promoting rural economic and social development,and is the only way to promote urban-rural integration and development.The development of various aspects of rural areas cannot be separated from the strong guarantee of the rural collective economy.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop the rural collective economy if rural areas want to develop rapidly and narrow the gap.Developing and strengthening the village level collective economy will also become an important direction and inevitable trend of agricultural and rural development in the future.Based on this,this article learned about the relevant knowledge of the rural collective economy through literature research,summarized and analyzed typical cases of the development of the village level collective economy in Lijiang City through field research,and used questionnaires,discussions,and other methods to learn about the relevant situation of the development of the village level collective economy in Lijiang City from representatives of various groups.It conducted in-depth research and discussion on the current situation,existing difficulties,and problems of the development and expansion of the village level collective economy in Lijiang City,Then,it analyzes the causes from four aspects: self development factors,policy environment factors,economic environment factors,and technological talent factors.Finally,based on the results of the cause analysis,combined with four aspects of improving their own strength,optimizing the policy and economic environment,giving play to their advantages and characteristics,and exploring new models,it proposes eleven countermeasures and suggestions.
