| Under the background of the development of mobile Internet,enterprises need to continuously improve the management level to adapt to the impact of technological innovation.In many dimensions of enterprise management,human resource management,as a highly relevant dimension with employees,has been an important part of enterprise management mode change.Salary management,as a key function of human resource management,has the most direct impact on employee motivation.Therefore,whether the construction of enterprise salary system is scientific will have a significant impact on the incentive effect of human resource management.Boya company has developed in ten years,now in the end of the rapid expansion of scale,business structure tends to be stable,the company needs to change from extensive growth to fine management,by improving management efficiency,control operating costs,promote the further development of the company.Due to the company ’s over-emphasis on business development and project advancement,the management function of the human sector has not been fully implemented,and the implementation of the compensation system is not detailed enough.The specific performance is that the job classification is relatively simple,the level is less,the compensation structure is lack of unified dimensions,the compensation management has procedural loopholes,and the compensation adjustment is lagging.Based on the actual operation and management needs of Boya Company,referring to the research results of salary theory at home and abroad,taking salary management science as the standard,combining with the salary management cases of excellent companies in the same industry,this paper investigates and analyzes the salary management system of Boya Company,and drives the optimum proposal.In this survey,the problems existing in the company ’ s salary system are discovered through a questionnaire survey.Then,combined with my practical work,the reasons for the problems are analyzed through thinking.Finally,the optimization strategy of the existing salary system of Boya Company is proposed for specific problems,and the corresponding security measures are designed to enable Boya to maintain sustainable development. |
