Along with the changes in China’s economic system,Beijing Aerospace SD Science & Technology Co.,Ltd.has experienced a path of reform in the employment system of state.owned enterprises.As a company directly affiliated to a research institute,talent is an important resource to ensure the development of the enterprise.It is the duty of human resources department that optimising the aerospace talent team and continuously spare no effort to enhance core competitiveness of Aisino SD Science &Technology Co.However,with the development of the company’s business and the over.expansion of the labour dispatch workforce,the existing dual employment system has gradually revealed a variety of problems.This paper takes Aerospace SD Technology Co.,Ltd.as a specific research object,combining domestic and international literature to understand the evolution and development of flexible employment,read and researching policy studies related to the the employment system reform process of state.owned companies in China,to summarise and outline the current situation of the development of dual employment in China.Combining knowledge of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Equity Theory and Institutional Change.Path Dependency Theory,we analyse the causes of the current situation of the employment system in the target company and use them to propose countermeasures for improvement.In the analysis of the problems,the company collected information,interviewed leaders and employees,and distributed questionnaires to find out the problems of an imperfect employee training system,an inadequate incentive system,and an outdated management system for non.regular employees;in the development of countermeasures,the basic principles of countermeasures were firstly determined,and then the basic principles of the countermeasures were defined from the improvement of the motivation system for different employment status,the standardisation of the appraisal mechanism,the smooth flow of After that,we put forward improvement measures in the aspects of sound motivation system for different employment status,standardized appraisal mechanism,smooth career path and equal pay for equal work,so as to strengthen the rationality of the dual employment system of the enterprise,ensure the fairness and justice of the system,enhance the motivation of employees with different employment status and promote the harmonious and stable development of the enterprise.In the meantime hoped that the above.mentioned research will give a reference for other state.owned companies with similar problems.
