Agricultural Production E-commerce Targeted Poverty Alleviation Pattern Research

After China’s historic and comprehensive resolution of absolute rural poverty,poverty governance shifted from a large-scale poverty alleviation orientation to preventing large-scale poverty return and consolidating the results of poverty eradication.The practice of poverty alleviation has evolved to precision poverty alleviation.Among them,the model of precise poverty alleviation through e-commerce has played an important role in the cause of poverty alleviation in China.At this stage,the use of agricultural products e-commerce to help precise poverty alleviation has become a hot spot of social concern,and many researchers have gradually shifted their research direction to e-commerce precision poverty alleviation.However,domestic scholars have relatively more research on the eastern region and little research on the western contiguous poverty area.The Tibetan region is the largest contiguous special hardship area in China,and due to the complex local natural environment and ecological environment,various kinds of disasters occur frequently under the harsh environment,and it is these reasons that lead the Tibetan region in Sichuan to become the key focus of national poverty alleviation.Based on the literature and theories of poverty alleviation,this paper uses fieldwork and case study methods to study the poverty alleviation in Batang County.The paper analyzes a series of problems such as backward development of logistics infrastructure construction,lack of talents,stagnant sales of agricultural products,small volume of products,and non-standard products,and the measures taken by Batang County in the precise poverty alleviation of e-commerce,such as policy support,consolidating the foundation of e-commerce,building ecological planting base,broadening sales channels in multiple ways,and building the brand of colorful Tibetan countryside,and proposes to consolidate the infrastructure In addition,it proposed strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the brand,cultivate electric talents,strengthen the promotion and publicity efforts,and improve the poverty alleviation mechanism.
