Analysis Of The Poverty Alleviation Path Of E-commerce In Gansu Province Take Cheng County As An Example

Along with the revolution of information technology and Internet development,the influence from new economy represented by electronic commerce is gradually expanding and reshaping the social and economic structure,which continuously impacts the individual thought and social governance.In order to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,we should further implement the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,innovate poverty alleviation mode and speed up the development of poverty alleviation.Ecommerce poverty alleviation promotes the development of poor areas and contributes to poverty alleviation through the integration of targeted poverty alleviation and e-commerce.The inclusive and carrying capacity of the e-commerce economy also gives the poor groups equal opportunities to share the fruits of economic and social development.E-commerce poverty alleviation shows new characteristics when compared with other precision poverty alleviation system model.This paper defines the relevant concepts and expounds the theoretical basis of the E-commerce poverty alleviation by analyzing the national and international research status In addition,this paper summarizes the general situation of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Gansu province,and makes a case study of the e-business poverty alleviation through the field investigation.By analyzing the process,results and problems involved in e-commerce poverty alleviation reveals the realization of multiple goals such as regional economic development and individual growing through the introduction of the Internet information.This paper mainly selected Cheng County as the research object,selected Changgou Village of Jifeng Town,Mashi Village of Huangpi Town and Xiaowan Village of Zhensha Town to conduct a questionnaire survey,and collected relevant literature materials on the main aspects of the paper by combining the literature reading method.Statistics and analysis,from the perspective of farmers,analyzed the achievements and existing problems of e-commerce poverty alleviation in Cheng County.This study finds that e-commerce can shorten the time-space distance of all parties' markets and quickly realize the transition from resources to commodities.E-commerce in poverty-stricken rural areas in Gansu Province can help farmers increase income and reduce expenditures.Cheng County electricity supplier poverty alleviation through continuous exploration has achieved certain results,but there are still many problems.The poor's own cultural quality is limited.There is still a gap between related infrastructure construction and other regions.The homogeneity of products is developing seriously,and network operators sell products with limited profits.
