Scientific and technological revolution is the main battlefield of the war without gunpowder in modern society.All countries attach great importance to the development of high-tech industry,and China also attaches great importance to the development of scientific research and technology.The ICT technology(information and communication technology)industry is facing significant development opportunities,and relevant government departments such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have issued a series of policies to encourage and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.We will further improve the business environment and invigorate the market.However,the international and domestic development environment is complex and changeable,and the risks,both predictable and unpredictable,are also increasing.ICT enterprises need accurate positioning of their growth prospects if they want to seize opportunities and develop steadily.Growth is the soul of an enterprise,and it is a very important index to measure the operating condition and development prospect of an enterprise.Therefore,it is an important task for ICT enterprises to choose appropriate methods for growth analysis and explore ways to improve enterprise growth based on growth analysis.This paper takes Fujian Star-net Communication Co.,Ltd as the research object,uses literature analysis method and case study method to evaluate and analyze the growth of Star Ruijie based on the four dimensions of Harvard analysis framework,and finds that Star Ruijie has strong external growth ability and great development potential,but there are still some problems: Lack of key technical capacity,unbalanced order volume within the year,hidden dangers in risk control ability,operational capacity to be improved,competitiveness to decline,innovation capacity to be improved.Based on these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from the non-financial and financial aspects,among which the non-financial suggestions include: effectively cope with the shortage of raw materials in the global supply chain,give full play to their own brand value and channel advantages to actively cope with the fierce competition in the industry,a variety of ways to mitigate the hidden risk of lack of core technology,communicate in advance,forecast and expand customers’ mid-year needs;Financial suggestions include:adjusting debt strategy,optimizing capital allocation,building capital early warning system,exploring new ideas of asset management,enhancing operational efficiency,increasing revenue,reducing cost and stabilizing cash,enhancing competitiveness,improving research and development investment conversion rate,and cultivating technological innovation talents.
