Food in the hand,the heart does not panic.The survival and development of human beings cannot be without food.Since ancient times,wars are caused by the competition for cultivated land resources,and food is an important strategic resource.China’s total grain output and per capita grain output increased significantly after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially after the reform and opening up demand is more exuberant.Approved by the State Council,the central grain reserves management group co.,LTD.,was formally established in 2000,to be responsible for the central management of reserves,oil,according to the national policy implementation,oil purchase and sale of rotation and regulatory tasks such as storage,it by national macroeconomic regulation and control and supervision and management,implements the independent,self-financing,ensure that the value of state-owned assets.Along with the market integration and industrialization of science and technology,to further improve the system of national reserves of major agricultural products,services,the strategy of national macroeconomic regulation and control,promote to establish perfect national grain reserve system,vertical need to establish a set of match the grain storage system construction management system,in this process,human resource management system is important one annulus.As the third-level management unit of China Grain Storage Group,China Grain Storage Direct Depot is a legal entity with independent accounting and self-responsibility for profits and losses.This paper establishes a certain theoretical basis by collecting data based on the current situation of human resource management of China Grain Storage XY Direct Depot Co.,LTD.To sort out and analyze the current situation of human resources in this direct database by means of survey and questionnaire,and find out the problems and reasons;Further proposed to solve the symmetry and safeguard measures.Grain storage security is related to the overall social development and the vital interests of the people,and has always been the top priority of running a state.Therefore,the study on the human resources management system of the grass-roots direct database can improve the deficiencies of the existing human resources management,which is helpful to the operation and management of the direct database.On the other hand,it can be used as a reference for other direct databases to further enrich the connotation and boundary scope of human resource allocation and further improve the optimization of human resource allocation.
