At present,our country continues to promote the marketing reform of interest rates,and the development of financial science and technology has a good situation.However,traditional banking has shrunk serious,and the profitability is gradually decreasing.Based on such environment,banks have begun to lay out of personal wealth management business,hoping to achieve higher quality development.At this stage,our country’s large number of data has reached 100 trillion RMB,but with the implementation of the new regulations and the rapid development of Internet finance,the current development of bank personal financial business is facing huge challenges.At this stage,the development problem of bank is mainly how to break through the current development bottleneck,so this study chooses M Bank as a case,focusing on the analysis of the current financial business situation of banks,and research customer satisfaction issues and making recommendations.This study mainly analyzes the financial business customer satisfaction between M Bank at this stage,and systematically analyzes the development strategy of the bank.First,this paper explains the research significance and the main methods of this paper,using literature analysis to define customer satisfaction and financial management,etc.,and related research theory comb.Secondly by means of SWOT analytical method and Porter’s Five Forces,and Pest analysis methods,the development of M Bank is analyzed,mainly including bank internal environment and industry environment and macro environments.Based on this,the customer satisfaction is measured by the questionnaire,and the issues in the bank’s current financial business are combed and summarized.Finally,based on the issue of the development of M Bank’s current financial business development,recommendations and strategies,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of bank financial management business.By analyzing:(1)Comprehensive application expert score and questionnaire survey and other methods to measure customer satisfaction,the current M Bank has the following problems in financial business: people’s team construction is insufficient,lack of online channels,marketing customers Single,no asset allocation plan for customers,product marketing does not pay attention to customer needs,product structure and competitors are homogeneous,there is no clear financial product positioning,the data collection mechanism needs to be improved,the customer segmentation is insufficient,lacks powerful background support.(2)In response to the problems in the process of business development in M Bank,fully consider the actual situation of the bank,mainly using large data information technology mining information,expand sales channels,promoting product upgrading transformation,optimizing fund configuration And personnel configuration,give full play to the advantages of M Bank,better respond to competitive intensification and financial transformation and interest rate marketization,recommend banking to innovate financial products and financial services,expand marketing channels,and promote financial management The improvement of the comprehensive quality of personnel,promoting the benign development of financial management.
