| "Building beautiful ecological space,livable living space and intensive production space" is the general requirement of land space management.In the period of transformation and development,the competition among agriculture,towns and ecological space has become more intense,the imbalance of land use structure and landscape pattern changes have been strengthened,and land use conflicts have been further deepened.Therefore,under the new normal of economic and social development,how to stabilize the land use structure and scientifically resolve land use conflicts is of great significance to build a harmonious human-land relationship and promote coordinated and sustainable development of the region.This paper takes Zhouzhi County of Xi’an City as the research area,analyzes the spatial pattern of "three types",constructs a conflict measurement model from the perspective of ecological security,analyzes and visualizes the measurement results spatially,and explores the spatial land use conflicts of "three types".The spatial analysis and visualization of the measurement results are carried out to explore the conflict pattern of the "three types" of land use.Secondly,through the evaluation of land multi-functionality and the theory of ecological position,we reasonably divide the land function advantageous areas.Finally,with the support of the conflict measurement results and land function dominance zoning,the coordination strategy of land use conflict zoning is explored and an operable conflict coordination mechanism is proposed,taking into account the current situation of the three types of spatial patterns.The main conclusions include:(1)The three types of spatial patterns in Zhouzhi County changed significantly from 2010 to 2019,showing a general trend of "one up,one down and one fluctuation".The spatial distribution is continuous and complete,showing a general pattern of "concentrated and continuous distribution in the central south and interspersed in the north".Agricultural space is the second largest,with a continuous decreasing trend and a fast decreasing rate,mostly distributed in the northern plains with the best farming conditions.The spatial area of cities and towns is the smallest,but has a tendency to expand,and the expansion rate gradually increases,mainly in the northern part of the county,and is distributed in clusters and points along the town center,with a certain spatial aggregation.(2)The overall level of land use conflict in Zhouzhi County during the study period is in a controllable state,and the average conflict level at the three study points first increases and then decreases.The conflict level shows a strong correlation with the urbanization level,and the serious out-of-control units are mostly concentrated in Erqu Street and Mumbai Town,producing peaks and decreasing toward the periphery.The level of land use conflict differs significantly among the three types of space,with the agricultural space being dominated by the out-of-control type;the urban space conflict type is highly concentrated in the basic out-of-control and serious out-of-control levels;and the ecological space is dominated by the stable and controllable type.The spatial aggregation effect of land use conflict levels is obvious,and spatial correlation is gradually increasing.(3)Zhouzhi County land function advantageous area is divided into the following results: the area of urban function advantageous area is 6273.45 hectares,accounting for 2.13% of the county area,with flat terrain,perfect infrastructure and significant urban gathering effect;the area of agricultural function advantageous area is 52,277.77 hectares,accounting for 17.75% of the total area of the county,with excellent soil quality,continuous arable land and good agricultural production and living conditions;The area of ecological function advantageous area is about 235,972 hectares,accounting for 80.12% of the county area,with the highest degree of contiguity,superior ecological environment,and significant ecological nurturing function and landscape value.(4)Targeted regional conflict coordination strategies are proposed,which are: to coordinate agricultural space needs and reasonably plan the direction of urban expansion;to combine land remediation activities to improve the level of intensive land use;to protect the advantages of soil background and realize urban agglomeration development;to reasonably preserve green landscape and create quality urban space;to strengthen ecological protection and guide the integrated development of agriculture and ecology;to vacate low-utility land and restore The ecological security barrier will be restored by releasing low-utility land.Finally,from the policy perspective,we propose a land use conflict coordination mechanism for Zhouzhi County. |
