Study On Risk Management Of Eastern Jurassic Tourism Project

The "14th Five-Year Plan" of Jiangsu Province points out that it will speed up the quality and expansion of culture,tourism,sports and other living services,promote the upgrading of quality and diversification,develop the leisure tourism and health industry oriented to the Yangtze River Delta region,and build an ecological and cultural tourism circle around Taihu Lake.The action plan for promoting high-quality development of tourism in the 14 th Five-Year Plan Period of Jiangsu Province points out that Jiangsu should be built into a leading tourism province and a desirable tourist destination at home and abroad,highlight the value of resources,enhance tourism attraction,and build a number of world-class tourist attractions and resorts rich in cultural deposits.New forms of business,new space and new consumption have become the new growth points and poles of the tourism industry.With the vigorous development of tourism,the competition among tourism projects in different regions and backgrounds is also intensifying,and the construction and operation modes of tourism projects are also changing constantly.Since most tourism projects are led by the government,the degree of risk management of the projects is relatively weak.Due to the characteristics of tourism projects such as long construction cycle,huge capital investment,slow profit recovery,and many uncertain factors in the market,the project is always in the dynamic development stage.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out risk management,study the risks faced by tourism projects,evaluate them and take control measures.The Eastern Jurassic tourism project belongs to the expansion and increment project of Dinosaur Garden Cultural Tourism Group.This thesis closely combines the actual situation of the project with the risk management theory of the project,and studies the risk management of the Eastern Jurassic tourism project from the following aspects.One is to provide a detailed discussion on tourism projects and their characteristics,risk management content,and commonly used technical methods in risk management,laying a theoretical foundation for risk management of Eastern Jurassic tourism projects.The second is to provide a detailed overview of the Eastern Jurassic tourism project,analyze the entire construction and operation process,summarize and summarize the risk characteristics of the project,and demonstrate the necessity of risk management for the project.Thirdly,adhering to the principles of comprehensiveness,systematicness,information and scientificalness,we have established the risk identification system of the Eastern Jurassic tourism project,determined the risk list of the project using the brainstorming method and Delphi method method,and constructed its risk system,including 5 first level risk indicators and 15 second level risk indicators.The fourth is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively analyze the risk value of the project,and ultimately determine that the risks of the five first level risk indicators of the project are management risk,social risk,economic risk,natural risk,and legal risk from large to small.Among the second level risk indicators,there are 8general risks,6 lower risks,and 1 lower risk.The fifth is to propose specific measures for risk control for each risk level of the project based on the risk assessment results.This article constructs a risk system for the Eastern Jurassic tourism project,quantifies the risk situation faced by the project,and proposes practical and feasible control plans,providing a solution reference and theoretical reference for Dinosaur Park Group to solve the problem of risk control throughout the project implementation process.
