Agriculture has always been the basic guarantee of China’s development and social stability,and is also the top priority of the national economy and people’s livelihood.In 2021,China’s Fourteenth Five-Year Plan proposed that agriculture plays a central role in China’s economy,and the issue of people’s livelihood is of paramount importance.Its healthy and sustainable development plays a very important role in China’s new economic construction.Therefore,the state has issued relevant policies to support the development of modern agriculture,including vigorously promoting financial innovation and service model reform.At the same time,the reform of domestic rural financial system is closely related to agriculture,and the reform is going through a continuous deepening process.The historical changes of agricultural commercial banks point out the direction for the development of rural credit cooperatives.In recent years,with the further opening of China’s financial market,agricultural commercial banks have developed rapidly and become a force that cannot be ignored in the field of rural finance.Although facing favorable development opportunities at present,some domestic agricultural commercial banks are affected by capital scale and many other factors,resulting in a series of problems such as poor marketing ability,insufficient cash flow,and low personnel quality.Therefore,how to improve the operational efficiency of ABC has become one of the practical issues to be solved urgently.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration results of business performance at home and abroad,this paper focuses on analyzing the influencing factors of the performance evaluation system of Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank,constructs the performance evaluation index system of Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank from the aspects of profitability,liquidity and security,and conducts factor analysis with the financial data of six rural commercial banks including Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank in the past three years as samples,And then put forward the countermeasures to improve the operation performance of Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The construction of the operational performance evaluation system of Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank should follow the principles of relevance,comprehensiveness and importance,feasibility and objectivity,comparability and independence.Considering that Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank’s operating performance is affected by profitability,liquidity,security and other factors,the design of its operating performance evaluation indicators should also be based on these aspects,and the operating income margin,weighted return on net assets,cost-income ratio,liquidity ratio,deposit and loan ratio,non-performing loan ratio and capital adequacy ratio should be selected as the evaluation indicators.(2)Although the scale of Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank is not the largest in Jiangsu Province,and its business performance is also a certain gap compared with other rural commercial banks,it also has its advantages,which also shows that Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank still has great space and broad prospects to improve its business performance.(3)Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank should combine the development trend of the banking industry and its own business practice,strengthen its profitability by strengthening cost management;Strengthen risk management and improve asset quality;We should strengthen financial innovation,enhance development capacity,and strive to improve our business performance and market core competitiveness,so that our development is full of potential and vitality. |
