Manufacturing industry is the main part of China’s Gross National Product,the foundation of the country,the foundation of the strong country,and the core reference standard of determining China’s status in the world.The advent of the 5G era has further boosted the rapid development of Chinese technology companies,while also accelerating the promotion of China’s manufacturing and processing industries.Our country’s manufacturing industry has laid a certain foundation,but the current situation of our country’s manufacturing industry is that the speed of development is fast enough but the quality is not high enough,the quantity of manufacturing is large,the quantity of creation is small,the mastery of core technology is small,at the lower end of the scale.In order to improve this situation,cross-border M & A has become one of the ways for many enterprises to improve their manufacturing level.Whether the post-m & a brings obvious benefit improvement is the most concerned problem for the enterprises,so it is very important for the enterprises to study the post-m & a performance objectively and correctly.Based on the background of the current upsurge of cross-border M & A,this thesis collects the motivation of domestic and foreign M & A and the methods of evaluating M &a performance,and studies the case of a company’s cross-border M & A.The first step is to introduce the background and actual situation of a company and M Company,and to study and analyze the fundamental motivation of M & A of a company,starting with the application of the balanced scorecard performance evaluation model,a company after the merger activity of each reference index before and after the comparison of evaluation research and analysis,and then use analytic hierarchy process to build evaluation system Standard Model,evaluate the level of the M & a performance both quantitatively and qualitatively.Finally summed up the practice of the application of the case analysis and research conclusions,and pointed out the main issues arising after the merger and acquisition of related opinions.The study of M & A of a company can enrich the case study of M & A of manufacturing industry,and bring some reference to other industries or other enterprises in the same industry.The combination of high-efficiency effect of performance evaluation model enriches the performance evaluation system of M & A and makes the final result more objective and accurate.
