In recent years,with the application of big data,cloud computing,Internet +,blockchain and other technologies in the field of fiscal and tax services,the state has increased the promotion of fiscal and taxation information,and further promoted the development of fiscal and tax service industry.it has had a significant impact on taxation,enterprises and fiscal and tax service organizations,while the competition in fiscal and tax services has also changed,upgrading from a single business to integrated services.In this environment,traditional fiscal and tax service companies need to keep up with the development of the times,seize new opportunities,change rapidly and create a series of fiscal and tax service products under "Internet + Finance and Taxation" to improve their competitiveness.in order to adapt to the current changes in the fiscal and tax market and meet the development of enterprise users.On the other hand,company B,which provides traditional fiscal and tax services,has also suffered great crises and challenges,such as single product structure,declining market share,mismatch and imbalance with user demand,simple product supply mode and so on.it leads to the reduction of market share,the continuous decline in the number of users,and the sharp decline in enterprise revenue,in order to solve the current situation of fiscal and tax products and business development problems,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.B Finance and tax companies need to optimize the existing fiscal and tax service products to provide users with diversified,refined,different levels of fiscal and tax service products.Aiming at the problems encountered by B company as a starting point,this paper studies the current corporate finance and tax service demand based on user demand theory and Kano model theory,and on this basis,optimizes fiscal and tax products and designs product hierarchy architecture diagram and company product service system cycle design diagram to solve product problems in the business process of B company,and also provides reference and reference for other companies in the finance and taxation industry.First of all,through in-depth interviews,literature review and other methods to analyze and determine the initial fiscal and tax needs of users,which are divided into invoice,financial and tax needs.Secondly,through the design of Kano model questionnaire,survey and collection of corporate fiscal and tax service demand,according to the model two-dimensional attribute classification qualitative method to classify 19 demand items,combined with Better-Worse coefficient to rank the importance of 19 requirements.Construct the priority hierarchy map of fiscal and tax demand.Finally,according to the results of user demand research,we design and optimize the fiscal and taxation product structure,product service process,and design the sustainable development of the overall financial and tax service product system of Company B,so as to improve the sense of user experience,increase the sense of product value,and expand user growth.stabilize market share,increase enterprise revenue,and analyze the feasibility of product optimization from four aspects.The study found that fiscal and tax companies optimize the system structure of fiscal and tax products,expand product advantages,improve comprehensive competitiveness,and seize the dominant position in the market by investigating the fiscal and tax needs of users in the current environment.At the same time,this study not only provides a method for further improving corporate fiscal and tax services,but also provides a reference for traditional fiscal and tax service companies in the transformation and upgrading.
