Mechanism Research And Suggestions On Fiscal And Taxation Policies To Promote The Adjustment Of Rural Industrial Structure

The key to the development of rural economy is the development of rural industrial structure,optimizing the structure of rural industries is conducive to improving the two yuan structure in the rural economy and achieving coordinated economic development in china.At this stage,the optimization of rural industry needs adequate financial support,of which the most important source of funding is financial and taxation funds.Therefore,how to efficiently use the financial and tax funds to optimize the rural industry has become a hot research topic.This paper will focus on the mechanism of rural industrial structure optimization through fiscal and taxation policies,and study it through agricultural economics,industrial economics and management theory.This article takes the rural industry optimization adjustment as the main line,constructs the tax revenue policy,and promotes the rural industrial structure optimization theory frame.This paper analyzes the current situation of the fiscal and tax policy demand for the adjustment of the rural industrial structure,and extracts the reasons for the uncoordinated supply and demand of the fiscal and taxation policies.At the same time,we will study the fiscal policy to promote the optimization and adjustment of the rural industrial structure,adjust the channels and mechanisms,and find that fiscal policy is an important factor in the adjustment of rural industries.On the basis of the above,put forward some fiscal measures to promote the adjustment of rural industrial structure in China,which mainly discusses the fiscal policy,tax policy and policy aspects of implementation of fiscal policy to promote the adjustment of industrial structure in rural areas.
