| In modern science and technology enterprises,organizational collaboration has attracted more and more attention from academia.Some scholars even regard organizational synergy as a new source of organizational efficiency.To improve organizational efficiency,we need to break the barriers within the organization and eliminate the negative effects between departments and people due to their own considerations.This paper studies and collates many research results and literature on this subject at home and abroad,takes s company as the research object,starts to analyze the two dimensions of departmental collaboration and cross departmental collaboration contained in organizational collaboration,and tries to analyze the influencing factors of the two dimensions,especially the impact of other factors on the two dimensions with cross departmental psychological distance as the intermediary variable.Firstly,the typical employees of S company were interviewed to understand the problem of organizational collaboration.Then,195 employees were used as the research sample to conduct a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire and survey data were analyzed by SPSS software.The final conclusions are as follows: there is a positive correlation between departmental identity and intra departmental collaboration;There is a negative correlation between departmental identity and cross departmental collaboration;There is a negative correlation between cross departmental goal consistency and intra departmental collaboration;There is a positive correlation between cross departmental goal consistency and cross departmental collaboration;Cross departmental psychological distance has a significant mediating effect.As an empirical study of S company,combined with the organizational reform and management reform of S company,this paper puts forward corresponding measures,which provides a certain reference for scientific and technological enterprises in the process of promoting organizational synergy. |
