| Under the social background of economic globalization,manufacturing industry has ushered in the era of industry 4.0.5G technology has led the new trend of science and technology.The market demand is constantly changing and the competition is fierce.The development of the company is bound to face all kinds of difficulties.Therefore,the division of departments of the company is becoming more and more professional,and the number of departments is also increasing,which means the interaction between departments of the company.It will also become frequent,but the resulting conflicts and contradictions will also increase,leading to the reduction of cross departmental communication efficiency,affecting the normal operation of enterprises,so finding the influencing factors of the effectiveness of cross departmental communication to ensure efficient communication has become the research core of this paper.This paper collects research literatures related to learning communication,outlines the development and related concepts of management communication theory,and summarizes the importance of interdepartmental communication and the factors influencing the effectiveness of inter departmental communication based on previous studies,and serves as the theoretical basis for this study.In this paper,case study is used to conduct interviews and field surveys of 13 managers in different departments of the case company,fully understand the cross sectional communication status of the company and collect research data.Through research and analysis,it is found that the factors of organization,department and individual level will influence the effectiveness of cross sector communication.The study concluded that the specific factors include organizational basic work,goal consensus,harmonious but different communication culture,clear department responsibilities,key person in charge appointment,department task management,transposition thinking,professional skills,emotional management,sincere cooperation.Finally,based on the 10 influential factors,the author constructs a theoretical model of the relationship between influencing factors and inter departmental communication effectiveness.The research results of this paper have practical significance in improving cross departmental communication:at the organizational level,enterprises can improve the efficiency of cross departmental communication by creating a good communication environment,improving the basic work of the organization,and unifying the communication objectives;at the departmental level,enterprises can clarify the authority of the company,correctly appoint key responsible persons,and improve the task management system and flow management system;at the individual level,we can improve the efficiency of cross departmental communication by improving professional skills,exercising emotional management ability,and cultivating empathy thinking. |
