Cross-enterprise cooperation activities are ubiquitous, leading to an increase in decentralized links and increased instability in the supply chain. The development of Industry 4.0 has provided sufficient technical support to solve the decentralized problem of the supply chain and improve the stability of the supply chain. After embedding advanced technologies such as cyber-physical systems, the internet of things, and smart factories,a collaborative manufacturing supply chain is formed,a high degree of information sharing between members of the entire supply chain is achieved in order to achieve the fullest use of resources. However, with the increasing dependence of collaborative manufacturing on information transmission, supply chain interruptions due to information interruptions also occur frequently.Studies have shown that information interruption is a new problem facing the current supply chain. At the same time, the recent frequent occurrences of supply chain interruptions due to natural disasters or human intervention have further alerted supply chain managers to improve the supply chain’s ability to respond to emergencies as soon as possible. To this end, this thesis quantifies the information interruption risk of candidate suppliers and integrates it into the production scheduling model of the entire supply chain to effectively reduce the information interruption risk of the supply chain and improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain. The specific implementation process is: using FAHP-TOPSIS to quantitatively evaluate the information interruption risk of selected suppliers, combining mathematical processing methods to obtain the information interruption risk probability of all suppliers, and establishing the mixed integer linear programming model provides decision-making basis for subsequent production operations to minimize supply chain operating costs including information interruption risk costs. At the same time,it considers the occurrence of emergencies due to natural disasters or human factors, make production and operation decisions based on changes in the supplier’s production capacity to ensure that the supply chain operating costs, including the cost of stock-outs,are minimized.
