With the development of the global economy and advances in information technology, the market environment faced by manufacturing companies is changing more significant than in the past. Changes in customer demand are growing fast. Personalization features become increasingly evident. It makes the life cycle of the product market continue to be shortened and market competition be increased. If they want to get a dominant position in competition, in addition to lowering costs and improving the quality of products or services, manufacturing companies must enhance the ability of the flexible production and continue research and meet the demand for personalized products. It makes companies rapidly reflect in the market. It is not enough that companies depend on their own efforts only to success in such an environment. They must rely on each node enterprises working together, improving the overall advantage of the supply chain and playing the collaborative effect of the supply chain.The evaluation and selection of suppliers has always been subject to the attention of scholars and business because it is not only the key link of the construction of the supply chain but also the important factor for synergies of the supply chain. The evaluation of suppliers was always based on the individual performance of them in the past.But acutely the supplier with excellent individual performance may not be able to coordinate with the company and other supply chain node enterprises. At a result it usually reduces efficiency of the entire supply chain. This paper studies how to select the suppliers though comprehensively evaluating individual performance and collaborative performance of the candidate suppliers.At first this paper constructs a supplier evaluation index system based on the existing methods of evaluation and selection of suppliers. Evaluation index system of the suppliers is divided into two dimensions. They are the individual index system and collaborative index system. The individual performance of the candidate suppliers is evaluated through individual index system and the collaborative index system is used to evaluate collaborative performance between the supplier and the company, as well as other suppliers. Secondly, the model of supplier evaluation and selection is established. Individual performance and collaborative performance are respectively evaluated by this model. According to the preferences of the company above-mentioned results are assembled and the value of final comprehensive performance is drawn. In accordance with the result appropriate suppliers are selected. Finally this model is proved to be feasible and effective through a case of GHGS Company.
