| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the world economy has been making continuous progress and the process of global economic integration has also been developing,which brings more and more fierce market competition.In particular,due to the impact of the China-Us trade war and the COVID-19 epidemic,most enterprises are under pressure to make progress amid changes.More and more enterprises find that the existing backward process and operation mode cannot adapt to the development of the new era.Most enterprises have deeply felt the impact of digitalization in recent years,and all walks of life want to carry out enterprise reform with the power of digitalization.Therefore,how to transform has become an important issue urgently to be solved by many enterprises.As A leading enterprise in the integrated circuit industry,Company A has been actively exploring its own new path of digital transformation since 2019.This paper takes Company A’s digital transformation as the case study object and makes a series of studies on the path optimization of Company A’s digital transformation path.First of all,on the basis of systematic review of domestic and foreign literature and research status,this paper defines the research content,research methods and theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,this paper reviews and analyzes A company’s digital management transformation attempts since 2019 by using field research method and system analysis method,and expounds the necessity and feasibility of A company’s digital transformation path optimization.Thirdly,based on the theories and methods of value chain,organizational change,optimization management,etc.,combined with the characteristics of its own enterprise,with the help of the CA-PDCA cycle principle,this paper optimizes and designs the new path of digital transformation from the perspectives of process plane,system plane and data plane,and finds out the most suitable path of digital transformation for Company A.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new path of digital transformation,this paper also puts forward relevant measures to make the transformation more thorough and the effect faster.This paper discusses the implementation path and effect of enterprise digital transformation of A company,which enriches relevant researches on enterprise digital transformation,and can also provide certain reference for traditional manufacturing enterprises to carry out digital transformation. |
