In this era,talent has become an important resource for the development and competition of enterprises,and technical talent is closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises,and plays an indispensable role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.Especially for architectural design enterprises such as XG Research Institute,technical talents are the most important among the core factors.In recent years,the trend of technical talents loss in XG Research Institute has intensified.How to reduce the loss of technical talents has become the biggest problem XG Research Institute is currently facing.Therefore,this paper takes the technical personnel of XG Research Institute as the main research object,deeply excavates various influencing factors of technical talent drain in XG Research Institute,and makes targeted analysis.Based on the types and influencing factors of technical talent drain,it studies how to reduce the loss of technical talent.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and the impact of technical talent drain in XG Research Institute.Then a questionnaire is designed to investigate the in-service technical talents,including salary and welfare,career development,external opportunities,turnover intention and other aspects.Then the questionnaire data are collected and sorted out,and the influencing factors of the outflow of technical talents are obtained after the analysis.The factors affecting the outflow of technical talents in XG Research Institute include salary and welfare level,performance appraisal system,talent management mechanism and career development space.Based on the industry characteristics of architectural design enterprises,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of scientific salary and welfare system,the establishment of reasonable performance appraisal system,the establishment of more perfect talent management mechanism,and the reasonable career development planning.This paper makes a profound analysis of the current situation of technical talent drain in XG Research Institute,hoping to attract the attention of relevant departments,control the phenomenon of technical talent drain in XG Research Institute within a reasonable range,and also hope to bring some practical references to similar architectural design enterprises.
