With the rapid development of the times,China’s market economy is developing vigorously,and the number of private enterprises is increasing.Many private enterprises follow the "customer-centered" service marketing concept in the products or services they sell on the market.However,due to the increasingly fierce market competition and the changing needs of customers,customers not only put forward higher requirements for product quality standards,but also put forward strict standards for the quality of after-sales service provided by enterprises.Especially in the electronic technology industry,the market is increasingly fierce for the retail of medical insurance terminal settlement equipment.If an enterprise wants to gain enough market share in the fierce market competition,it must continuously improve its service quality and improve customer satisfaction through innovative services.How to improve product satisfaction will be the most critical factor for enterprises to gain market recognition.When studying the improvement of customer satisfaction,this paper first uses two basic theories as the theoretical support of this paper: service marketing theory and ACSI(American customer satisfaction model)theory,and then conducts surveys and interviews for all customers of medical insurance pos products.Through data collection and analysis,the main factors affecting customer satisfaction are found.The research framework of the full text is as follows: first,to understand to understand the research status of the industry through reading the domestic and foreign literature,and to elaborate the research methods used;second,to conduct in-depth analysis of the current product status,the company’s operation status and the distribution of market share in the same industry of Company D,For the primary description and analysis of the main problems faced by the medical insurance pos machine at this stage,in order to further find the root cause of the problem,this paper uses relevant data and scientific analysis tools to conduct empirical analysis to determine the basis.In detail,this paper combines the service marketing theory with the analysis of the customer satisfaction of the medical insurance pos machine in three dimensions,and issues and collects the customer satisfaction questionnaire for the customers who use the medical insurance pos machine of the company,and uses scientific analysis tools to import the collected effective data into it.It can be include the service personnel factor and the product factor.At the same time,After further regression analysis,it can be concluded that these two factors have a positive correlation with customers’ satisfaction with the pos machine of medical insurance.Among them,the influence of service personnel on customer satisfaction is the most significant.Find out the main causes of the problem,and of pos machine of medical insurance according to the causes,namely,the professional improvement plan of service personnel,the product pricing optimization plan,and the complaint channel improvement plan.Finally,in order to realize the plan,this paper also ensures the smooth implementation of the promotion strategy from the implementation plan and implementation guarantee.In terms of implementation,this paper adopts a segmented implementation plan.In terms of guarantee,it is proposed to take institutional guarantee,organizational system guarantee,cultural guarantee,technical system guarantee and financial support guarantee to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement strategy of product satisfaction.The significance of this study is to consult many literatures and find that there is little research on the payment products of terminal equipment in the electronic industry.Therefore,this paper may provide some reference and reference value for the electronic technology industry.
