Innovation is the primary driving force for development and the strategic underpinning for building a modernized economy.As the main body of national independent innovation strategy,the accurate measurement of innovation level of enterprises can provide scientific and quantitative support for science and technology management departments to formulate effective science and technology innovation policies,provide key data basis for researchers to quantitatively study innovation issues,and provide reasonable and accurate reference basis for investors to select stocks.The existing researches on enterprise innovation measure mainly focus on single patent index in R&D output,but ignore the influence of patent synergy on enterprise innovation level caused by internal and external knowledge integration.Moreover,the existing measurement methods of enterprise innovation cannot take into account the support of economic theory and objective data.In order to improve the shortcomings of existing researches on enterprise innovation measurement,this paper proposes an enterprise innovation measurement method based on the analysis of patent portfolio index structure.Firstly,all patents owned by the enterprise are regarded as one patent portfolio,and indicators are selected and correlation analysis is used to determine the combination form within similar indicators.Secondly,according to the internal logical relation of indicators,a hierarchical structure is constructed to group indicators.Then,the discriminant analysis model and logistic regression model are used to determine the intra-group and inter-group combination forms of the indicator groups respectively,and the enterprise innovation level measurement model and its simplified form are obtained.This paper takes Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing enterprises as an example to calculate the formula of measurement model.The robustness test shows that the quantitative relationship between the coefficients remains unchanged,which reflects the robustness of the enterprise innovation measurement model.The prediction accuracy of the model is 94.3%,which proves that the measurement model can be extended to enterprises outside the sample,and the validity of the model is verified.Through comparative analysis,the measurement effect of enterprise innovation measurement model is better than other measurement methods,and it can take into account the conciseness and accuracy,and has the advantages of strong explanatory power and accurate measurement.
