Today,different forms of business activities have begun to deepen the allocation of resources on a global scale.This process happens to be in the process of global economic,political,and cultural integration,and is constantly integrating,evolving,conflicting,and merging.However,due to the different perspectives of talent development at home and abroad,conflicts and differences emerge in culture,religion,race,and other aspects in multinational companies.Contradictions,which cannot be avoided,gradually appear in different fields of business management.Based on the micro-perspective of Company W,this thesis expounds the current situation of talent development in Company W,with hopes to discover the main problems in this area of the company,and try to make the operation of the company better.Company W is a Chinese company based in China.After more than ten years of development,Company W has completed the evolution from a private enterprise to a giant enterprise with more than 50,000 employees.At the same time,continuous breakthroughs in overseas markets have also brought about a continuous increase in foreign employees.This thesis explains the current situation of the company’s talent development,finds out the main problems,identifies and improves them through the corresponding cross-cultural management theory.Such as: the assignment process of the company needs to be improved,the staff’s awareness of cultural and value is not enough,the training process needs to be optimized,and the promotion process needs to be aligned and optimized.Solutions are given according to the corresponding conclusions.This thesis specifically conducts survey questionnaires and interviews with senior executives of the company’s employees involved in overseas business to find the exact problem.Simultaneously,different aspects of support could be offered.At the macro level of the globalization of Chinese national enterprises,the study of differences in corporate culture may form an important reference material for the international development of Chinese enterprises.It can provide a cornerstone for private enterprises to go overseas in a larger scope which might be used for reference.
