Study On Risk Assessment Of Aquatic Product Inventory Management In Dalian

In recent years,with the development of China’s national economy,aquatic products have become essential living materials,and the aquatic industry has gradually developed.However,due to the characteristics of aquatic products,people pay more and more attention to the food safety and quality of aquatic products,and the inventory management of aquatic products is becoming more and more important.As an important part of the aquatic industry,the importance of aquatic product inventory management is not only reflected in reducing inventory costs and capital utilization,but also in optimizing the industrial chain of aquatic product enterprises,improving logistics efficiency,increasing customer satisfaction,and finally improving the core competition of aquatic products.However,on how to prevent and control the risk of aquatic product inventory management and how to improve the management level of aquatic product inventory management in the supply chain,this has also become a problem that experts and scholars have been studying and discussing.This paper takes the risk factors existing in the supply chain operation of aquatic products inventory management in Dalian as the research object.After investigating the inventory management of aquatic products production enterprises in all links of the supply chain,this paper studies the risk of aquatic products inventory management in Dalian.The main research contents include the following aspects.First,it expounds the relevant research background,research significance and the analysis of the research status at home and abroad;The second is the introduction of relevant theoretical knowledge,which provides a theoretical basis for the research on aquatic product inventory management and risk evaluation of aquatic product inventory management;Thirdly,it introduces SCOR model and establishes the risk evaluation index system of aquatic product inventory management in Dalian based on SCOR model;Fourth,according to the risk evaluation index system of aquatic product inventory management in Dalian,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the data of the questionnaire,determine the weight of each index,evaluate the risk of each index,and analyze the results;Fifthly,on the basis of analytic hierarchy process,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to score and calculate the risk index of aquatic product inventory management in Dalian,and draw a conclusion;Sixth,put forward relevant risk management opinions and improvement strategies for the inventory management of aquatic products in Dalian.
