| The agricultural super-docking mode has been developed for more than ten years in China,but compared with foreign countries,the agricultural super-docking mode in China is still in the primary stage of development.With the continuous development of the society and the advent of the Internet era,new agricultural product sales models emerge in endlessly,and community group buying and live selling are sought after by many parties,which puts certain pressure on the traditional agricultural supermarket docking model.The agricultural super-docking alliance is an alliance formed by agricultural super-docking members to achieve common goals.With the increasingly fierce competition today,more and more agricultural super-docking members choose a closer alliance form to fight competitors.Therefore,it is very necessary and practical to analyze and evaluate the performance of the agricultural supermarket docking alliance,find out its existing problems and put forward solutions.Based on the analysis of the mode,operation mechanism and influencing factors of the agricultural-supermarket docking alliance,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of the agricultural-supermarket docking alliance,and makes a comprehensive evaluation by combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and makes an empirical analysis.The specific research contents include the following aspects:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,reviews the domestic and foreign research status and related basic theories of agricultural supermarket docking alliance and alliance performance evaluation,and elaborates the concept and model of agricultural supermarket docking alliance.On this basis,it constructs the framework model of agricultural supermarket docking alliance model of supermarket,farmer and cooperative in specialization and cooperation.Secondly,the operation mechanism and key influencing factors of this model are analyzed,and the performance evaluation indexes of the alliance are elementary analyzed,and then the performance evaluation index system of the agricultural supermarket docking alliance is constructed.According to the characteristics and conditions of the agricultural supermarket docking alliance and performance evaluation,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is comprehensively selected to evaluate the performance of the agricultural supermarket docking alliance.At last,it selects Weibai Group Agricultural Supermarket Docking Alliance for empirical analysis and verification.It is found that the current agricultural supermarket docking alliance mode of Weibai Group is in good operation,but it is only in the initial stage of agricultural supermarket docking alliance,and there are still many problems in the operation process.The existing problems are pointed out and targeted development suggestions are put forward.The performance evaluation system and method constructed in this paper can objectively and effectively reflect the existing problems of the agricultural supermarket docking alliance in reality,and provide ideas for improving the alliance performance,which has certain practical value. |
