Starting from a fixed network,Hebei Telecom has gradually developed 3G,4G and now 5G mobile networks based on the network advantages of broadband services.With escalating network technology,the network resources construction continuously strengthened,the basis of the three operators’ network capacity in Hebei province has been similar,for users to choose a major determinant of operator service is the difference in rates between the three operators.This leads to the low-price competition phenomenon in the actual development of the three operators for a long time,and leads to the excessive reliance on price war and neglect of the improvement of user network quality.At the same time,the industry profits continue to decrease,and the investment in the upper end network equipment and the replacement cost of user terminal equipment continue to decrease.In the long run,this is not conducive to the user’s home network experience and does not satisfy the enterprise and government’s demand for the continuous improvement of basic network capabilities.In this competitive environment,the three operators are also exploring new business growth points in the industry,in order to expand a larger user group and business value,to meet the growing needs of enterprise scale.This paper takes Hebei province Telecom broadband services as the main research content,combined with the current development trend of the family and community,from the macro environment,industry environment,internal,and user needs to analysis.And since in Hebei Telecom broadband business operational data analysis,from product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,tangible demonstration,such as dimension,combined with the collection of relevant information,using the marketing strategy related theory knowledge and research tools,summed up the problems existing in the Hebei Telecom broadband service marketing strategy of broadband,and users features and requirements,completed the market positioning of Hebei Telecom broadband service.Hebei Telecom is now actively trying to develop new business models and new user groups.This paper will further demonstrate the future development model and marketing strategy and provide safeguard measures,including based on the broadband network capability of Wi Fi router networking and FTTR networking services,and the service based on the broadband transmission network development of home monitoring and monitoring video back to look,and small B customer business development model based on home users.etc.In order to effectively extends the using range of broadband network,and compose the linkage of the different scenarios with home broadband network.This would be pull the development of basic broadband network reversely.It is expected that the research results can provide some reference for the future development of broadband services of Hebei Telecom and other provinces. |
