Study On The Development Model Of Rural Tourismin Changde City

In 2018,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy" based on the actual situation,emphasizing the implementation of leisure agriculture and rural tourism boutique projects,and the construction of a number of leisure and sightseeing parks with complete facilities and diverse functions,forest homes,health care bases,and country houses.,characteristic town.In September of the same year,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council released the "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)",which clearly pointed out the rational use of village characteristic resources and the development of rural tourism and characteristic industries.Therefore,through the research on the development mode of rural tourism,it is not only beneficial to increase farmers’ income and promote rural development,but also to implement the rural revitalization strategy.This paper selects Changde City,Hunan Province as the research object,and uses the method of literature research,field investigation,case analysis and normative analysis to analyze the current situation and development mode of rural tourism in Changde City.First of all,based on the analysis of stakeholder theory,regional coordination theory and experience economy theory,this paper systematically explains the current situation of rural tourism development in Changde City,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of rural tourism in Changde City.In the process of developing rural tourism,there are problems such as lack of rural tourism development planning and weak brand awareness;relatively lagging infrastructure construction and poor accessibility;insufficient product innovation,lack of development of characteristic products;single publicity method and insufficient marketing efforts.Secondly,it summarizes the development mode of rural tourism in Changde City,and compares and analyzes the modes,and proposes that there are five development modes of rural tourism in Changde City: farmhouse,industry-based,scenic spot-based,red tourism,and leisure vacation.Then,through the analysis of typical cases of rural tourism development model in Changde City,it can provide inspiration and reference for the development of rural tourism in other regions.Finally,in view of the current bottlenecks faced by the development of rural tourism in Changde City,we should strengthen government guidance and clarify development plans;improve the quality of tourism products and enhance market competitiveness;build a whole industry chain of rural tourism to promote the integrated development of the three industries;increase rural tourism publicity Suggestions on optimizing and adjusting the development mode of rural tourism in Changde City are put forward in five aspects: strengthening the construction of infrastructure and improving supporting facilities.
