Research On The Development Strategy Of S Investment Limited

Since the establishment of the Zhongguancun Entrepreneurship Investment Guidance Fund in 2002,after more than 20 years of development,the government guidance fund has gradually become an important tool for financial fund to guide various types of capital in supporting the development of related industries and fields.At present,judging from the newly added situation of government guidance funds at all levels,the municipal,district and county-level government guidance funds are in a period of vigorous development.The good development trend of district and county level guided funds is a rare development opportunity for S Investment Limited.The company was incorporated at the end of 2019.Its main business is to promote the development of government guidance fund,so as to leverage fiscal funds and assist in the transformation of regional new and old driving forces.However,at present,S Investment Limited mainly aims to complete the tasks arranged by the development zone government,and the social functions are not completely divested,which limits the company’s development.S Investment Limited is in urgent need of developing strategies to clarify the development direction,seize the opportunity,and achieve rapid development.This dissertation uses analytical tools such as PEST,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,Value Chain and other analysis tools to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of the company.Based on questionnaire surveys and interviews with relevant personnel of the company,EFE and IFE matrices are formulated.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the current situation of the company is clarified.Based on the company’s business foundation and the above analysis,the company’s mission and vision have been determined,and strategic goals have been formulated to shape the guidance fund’s investment in the high-end chemical industry as a competitive advantage and grow into a state-owned capital investment company.By using the SWOT analysis method to provide four alternative strategies,and then using the QSPM strategy matrix,the SO growth strategy was selected from the four alternative strategies.Based on the strategic objectives,the strategic choice was further refined,and the intensive strategy was determined,which focused on market penetration strategy and supplemented by market development strategy.In order to promote the implementation of the development strategy,this dissertation refines and decomposes the strategic objectives,establishes a strategic objective system,and formulates action plans for building investment and financing platforms,building high-end chemical project incubators,and deepening in the investment field.And reasonable safeguard measures are proposed in four aspects: organizational structure,human resource management,corporate culture creation,and information construction.It is hoped that the research in this dissertation can help S Investment Limited to expand the development ideas,focus on the main business,promote breakthrough progress in government guided funds,help it seize opportunities,and ultimately achieve leapfrog development.
