With the improvement and maturity of Internet technology,great changes have taken place in all aspects of people’s lives,especially in terms of consumption and shopping.Online platform consumption has become one of the mainstream consumption patterns.However,in recent years,the development of pure e-commerce and traditional offline retail has fallen into difficulties,so the new retail mode of deep integration of physical consumption experience,online shopping service and logistics after-sales service by using high and new technologies such as Internet + and big data has become the new development direction of the transformation of traditional retail.Compared with the current new retail business model has received extensive attention,there is still a certain lack of discussion on the theory and method of new retail enterprise value evaluation.In this case,how to build a set of methods and models that can more accurately evaluate the value of new retail enterprises is particularly important,so as to provide more accurate enterprise value information for enterprises themselves and investors.Based on the above background,this paper selects listed company GANSO as the case enterprise,and uses literature research method,inductive comparison method and case analysis method to carry out specific analysis.First,it expounds the valuation of new retail enterprises as the background.After reviewing and summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,it summarizes the influencing factors of the value of new retail enterprises,that is,the new retail enterprises have the characteristics of greater uncertainty in the future development,and the potential development ability and profitability can not be ignored.Second,the status quo of the new retail industry and the general situation of GANSO enterprises are introduced in detail;Third,after a brief comparison of traditional enterprise value assessment methods,according to the characteristics of new retail enterprises,a comprehensive pricing model is constructed,and the model is used to evaluate GANSO,and the results of two different valuation methods are compared and analyzed with the current market price of the company on the base date of evaluation.Finally,through the study on the value evaluation of GANSO,this paper draws the conclusion that the traditional single-dimension enterprise value evaluation method does not take into account the evaluation of the potential value of new retail enterprises,and cannot truly reflect the complete value of new retail enterprises.However,the comprehensive pricing model can supplement the secondary aspects and obtain more accurate value evaluation results.
