| The new generation of information technology industry is at the core of the new technology system.The development of the new generation of information technology industry is essentially conducive to narrowing the gap between China and developed countries in industrial upgrading and technological innovation.In order to achieve the ideal goal of promoting enterprise innovation and improve the economic performance of the new generation of information technology enterprises,the State has issued a large number of information technology industry development policies,with special emphasis on giving full play to the positive effects of the financial services real economy and government support policies.This paper calculates the current situation of enterprise performance level of the new generation of information technology industry and its sub-sectors through LP method,and finds that the enterprise performance of the new generation of information technology industry in China has maintained a good growth trend on the whole,and the level of enterprise performance in each sub-sector is different.On this basis,using the panel data of 529 new generation information technology enterprises listed companies from 2016 to2021,we use government subsidies and financial support to measure the ability of enterprises to access external resources,systematically study the impact of external resource access ability on the economic performance of new generation information technology enterprises,and further study the mechanism of this impact.The results show that,on the whole,government subsidies,financial support and their interaction have a positive impact on the improvement of enterprise performance;Through the heterogeneity analysis of the different provinces where the sample enterprises are located,divided by the east,the middle and the west,it is found that the enterprises in the east and the central regions are consistent with the whole country,and the government subsidies,financial support and their interaction have a positive impact on the improvement of enterprise performance,while the enterprises in the western regions only have a significant role in promoting the improvement of enterprise performance.Further mechanism analysis found that the internal innovation investment of enterprises played a mediating role in the impact of external resource acquisition capacity on enterprise performance.Finally,based on the empirical results,we put forward reasonable and targeted policy suggestions for the improvement of the economic performance of the new generation of information technology enterprises in China from the perspective of the government,financial market and enterprises themselves. |
