Research On Financial Strategy Optimization Of Dashang Group Based On Financial Strategy Matrix

The financial strategy is the core of business development,affecting the operation status of the enterprise,the level of capital and the efficiency of the capital.The financial strategy is also affected by internal,external circumstances and financial situations.For the Chinese traditionally retail industry,with the Internet and E-commerce rapid development,the macroenvironment change,consumers It is of great significance to study how retail enterprises can optimize their financial strategy to cope with the serious challenges in the market,continue to develop and maintain their competitiveness.This thesis focuses on Dashang Group as the research object,according to the theory of the sustainable growth and the theory of value creation,the financial strategy matrix is built.According to the position of the quadrant and its financial status,the financial strategy of Dashang Group is studied,and some problems are analyzed as small debt fund-raising scale,its unreasonably short and long term borrowing ratio,small amount of foreign investment and the poor quality of the project,the lack of sufficient use of redundant funds to invest inward;bad operating capacity and slow operating assets;the high cash dividend is inconsistent with the strategy;the fixed dividend payment rate makes the dividend distribution unstable.Then some targeted countermeasures are proposed.In terms of financing strategy,this thesis suggests that Dashang Group should expand long-term borrowing financing in the commercial state to reduce total investment costs and the property business should be used for the after-sale return rent to raise the efficiency of the capital financing.Dashang Group should adopt the accounts receivable factoring to reduce the cost of financing and accelerate the turnover of the capital.In terms of investment strategy,Dashang Group should increase merger integration,acquisition integration and self-development effort to use redundant funds,increase investment development Dashang Tiangou Net to use redundant funds,increase investment and development of Dashang Big-Mall City Park to use redundant funds,change or shutdown the loss stores in different regions to increase investment returns.In terms of operating strategy,Dashang Group should reduce operating capital to improve operating asset turnover,clean up inventory and remove assets to improve asset turnover.In terms of dividend distribution,Dashang Group should use low normal dividend plus additional dividend policy to ensure continuous stability of the distribution,increase employee stock ownership plan as an incentive mechanism.This thesis intends to optimize the financial strategy of Dashang Group,help Dashang Group to meet the current development of the current development,achieve better development,and provide reference for other physical retail enterprises.
