Under the background of the country’s implementation of the "rural revitalization" strategy,in order to achieve industrial prosperity in rural areas, the "three rural" issues are an unavoidable part.As a new type of rural financial organization, the state established its initial The purpose is to provide strong financial service support for the development of small and micro enterprises in rural areas. The sustainable development capability of village banks and their financial support for farmers and small and micro enterprises will be reflected in their own credit resource allocation efficiency. Therefore, the credit resource allocation efficiency of village banks has become a topic worthy of study. After sorting out relevant literature on the equity structure and credit resource allocation efficiency of village banks, this paper defines the concept of village bank equity structure and credit resource allocation efficiency, summarizes the background and history of village banks since their development, and deeply analyzes the equity structure of village banks various problems faced. And combined with the theory,it analyzes the mechanism route that the equity structure of village banks affects the efficiency of credit resource allocation. In order to accurately evaluate the specific situation of the credit resource allocation efficiency of village banks, this paper uses the DEA-BCC model to analyze the credit resource allocation efficiency of village banks. In order to better analyze the impact of my country’s rural banks’ equity structure on the credit resource allocation efficiency, this paper constructs a Tobit multiple regression model with the collected data, selects the rural bank’s equity structure as the explanatory variable, and the credit resource allocation efficiency as the explained variable. After the scholars’ research, investigation and analysis, they selected five categories: the registered capital of the main originating bank, the registered capital of village banks, the capital adequacy ratio, the ratio of non-performing loans, and the regional GDP according to the four aspects of asset scale, operational safety, loan quality and regional economy. The indicators are used as control variables to study the direction and extent of each indicator affecting the efficiency of credit resource allocation. Finally, through data statistics,it is concluded that the largest shareholder of my country’s rural banks accounts for a very high proportion, and the equity checks and balances are poor. Most of the rural banks’ main sponsors are rural commercial banks, which summarizes the extremely special equity structure of my country’s rural banks.Further empirical analysis It is concluded that the credit resource allocation efficiency of rural banks in my country is generally at a low level, and the equity structure of rural banks will significantly affect the credit resource allocation efficiency of rural banks. And based on this,it puts forward reasonable directions for the optimization of the ownership structure of village banks and policy suggestions, summarizes the shortcomings of the research, and looks forward to further research.
