| As a representative of Internet finance innovation,P2 P not only satisfies the long tail market with strong demand and enriches financing channels at the beginning of its birth,but also meets the need of investment income of people with sufficient funds and expands the coverage of inclusive finance.However,after more than 10 years of development.Due to drawbacks such as low entry threshold,platform role deviation,product model alienation,lack of risk control and unclear supervision institutions,chaos occur frequently,such as business suspension and escape,illegal fund-raising,violent collection,"naked loan" of female college students and so on,the development of the online loan industry is alienated.By the end of 2020,regulators will require P2 P businesses to be completely eliminated.Therefore,the transformation and development of P2 P industry enterprises is imminent.This thesis selects a P2 P company,H in Zhejiang province as the research object,and takes the direction of transformation and development of P2 P enterprises as the research objective.At the basis of a large amount of literature,this thesis attempts to collect recent business files,products,existing problems and the transformation plan of H company though face to face and telephone interviews questionnaires.Combined with the result of interviews with experts,it deeply analyzes and teases the business development of the H company.Then,through case and empirical analysis,taking strategic transformation as a tool,this thesis deeply studies the mechanism of strategic transformation in the development of H company from three dimensions: market needs,regulatory needs,interest protection needs,and analyzes the strategies adopted in the transformation process of H company.It mainly includes the following aspects.1.The stock business processing,including sorting out the stock business,making work plans,and paying in advance with the company’s own funds to ensure the safety of the original stock.2.Business model transformation,the original P2 P enterprise has transformed into a small loan company,and the original car loan business into a small loan for local e-commerce.3.The deepening of the business model.After the transformation into a small loan company,the company is positioned to support the development of e-commerce,optimize the loan direction,change the pattern of high concentration of large customers in the past,strengthen business cooperation with financial institutions and expand financing channels by using the direct finance market.Finally,the thesis provides suggestions and guarantees for H company’s transformation into small loan company.Based on literature research,empirical analysis and case analysis of this thesis,follows the conclusion: in P2 P company H,the lenders and the borrowers are mainly local residents and small-sized enterprises from Zhejiang province.During the early stage,the enterprise risk control is reasonable.In promoting business innovation,creditor protection system is perfect.At the same time,it follows the trend of regulatory policy changes,it should maintain and expand the company’s leading position in compliance level by using big data technology to improve the core competence of the enterprise,making full use of local platform and market resources,and grasping the development opportunities to actively transform itself into small loan company,protecting the interests of the majority of investors and promoting the development of regional inclusive finance.The purpose of this thesis is to provide strategic transformation tools for the transformation and development of P2 P enterprises.On the one hand,it provides positive and effective suggestions for the transformation of H Company;on the other hand,it also hopes to provide certain reference for the development of the entire Internet finance industry. |
