| Small and micro enterprises are the most important market entities in China.Optimizing the market environment for small and micro enterprises can not only promote market development,but also improve People’s Daily lives,including increasing jobs and promoting innovation.In this regard,in order to promote the development of small and micro enterprises,optimize all kinds of difficulties in small and micro industry dispel the confusion related to small and micro enterprises,our country carries on policy guidance and promotes in its operation production,credit financing and so on,and reduces some production and operating expenses appropriately.Diversified policies are adopted to help small and micro enterprises increase their competitiveness,and financial institutions such as the banking industry are also increasing their efforts to help them.MSS Bank Henan Branch adheres to the relevant policies and national documents,provides comprehensive financial support to local small and micro enterprises and characteristic industries according to the economic situation of Henan,and provides comprehensive services for new and cutting-edge small and micro enterprises.The research direction of this paper is how to effectively enhance the strength of small and micro enterprise credit business and strengthen the marketing environment of small and micro enterprise credit,so as to promote its good development。Based on the small and micro enterprise credit business of Henan Branch of MSS Bank as the research object,this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and research on small and micro enterprise credit marketing.Based on the literature research method,questionnaire research method and the literature review at home and abroad,I have a certain understanding of the research ideas,methods and main contents of the credit marketing strategy of small and micro enterprises,and establish the basic theoretical framework of the characteristics of the credit marketing of small and micro enterprises of MSS Bank Henan Branch.The development status,credit business structure and marketing strategy of small and micro enterprise credit customer group of Henan Branch of MSS Bank are expounded.According to the actual situation,the macro-environment of the bank was analyzed according to the relevant factors of the analysis model,and the competitive environment and internal situation of the Henan Branch of MSS Bank were analyzed according to the relevant factors,and the customer groups of small and micro enterprise credit business in the bank were deeply investigated.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the small and micro enterprise credit marketing strategy of Henan Branch of MSS Bank and puts forward the corresponding development suggestions.Through 7PS strategy,seven parts of optimization measures are proposed,hoping to provide some personal thoughts and references for Henan Branch of MSS Bank through this study. |
