In the economic development of our country,small micro enterprises play an increasingly important role,small micro enterprise is an important pillar of national economy and social development,in all aspects of economic development plays an important role,including increasing the employment rate,improve people’s livelihood,raise taxes,etc.Our country has formulated a series of corresponding policies and regulations,to guarantee the healthy and stable development of small micro enterprise.In government regulation and development policy in recent years,under the influence of commercial Banks is to pay attention to small micro enterprise credit business,small micro enterprise credit business to get rapid development,at the same time to actively expand the scale of small micro enterprise credit,improve small micro enterprise credit share to effective marketing strategy.Based on Z bank x branch of the small micro enterprise loan business as the research object,mainly through 7 ps theory,STP theory,comparative analysis and research,analysis of Z bank x branch small micro enterprise credit business development and marketing present situation,found that Z bank x branch including credit product competitiveness deficiencies,interest rate pricing no advantage,limited access to some customers.Combined with the results of the questionnaires issued inside and outside the bank,the problems and reasons existing in the marketing process of small and micro enterprise credit business of x branch of Z Bank are analyzed.Eventually concluded that z bank x branch points in the small micro enterprise credit business marketing strategy optimization Suggestions: to diversify its product strategy,actively expand sales channels,such as the combination of a variety of marketing way,ultimately achieve the goal of small micro credit each product to the ground.At the same time,to ensure the smooth landing,the optimization strategy of the implementation of the x branch need to further improve the risk prevention and control mechanism,improve business resource allocation efficiency,enhance the level of information service,and simplify the formalities for examination and approval of credit guarantee measures.By analyzing the prominent problems and causes in the marketing process of developing small and micro enterprise credit business in the secondary branch of state-owned commercial bank,this thesis puts forward some suggestions on marketing strategy optimization,which has certain reference value for solving the problems in the marketing of small and micro enterprise credit of x branch.
