With the development of our economy,travel has gradually become a popular activity for people to relax and amuse themselves.Meanwhile this trend also led to the development of the hotel industry.However,the rapid development of the hotel industry has also caused a series of problems such as hotel clusters,serious homogeneity,vicious competition,and lack of professional talents.Compared with the rapid development of the city hotel industry,the development of the county area hotel industry is still relatively backward.The problems in their marketing and management are more prominent.Therefore,the focus of this study is to propose a solution to further win the favor of the market by changing the backward marketing management thinking under new opportunities,new challenges and new era and adopting the marketing mix strategy to keep pace with times.This paper has studied GT International Hotel in depth using literature research method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method and questionnaire method.The political,economic,social and technological environment of GT International Hotel is analyzed by PEST analysis method.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses of GT International Hotel.Combined with the marketing status of GT International Hotel,the problems of 7Ps marketing strategy of GT International Hotel are analyzed.In the light of the existing problems of GT International Hotel,the study formulates an optimization plan for its marketing strategy from seven perspectives: product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,personnel strategy,tangible display strategy,and service process strategy using 7Ps analysis method.And from the perspective of marketing security measures,make suggestions for the smooth implementation of marketing strategy optimization strategies.The operation time of GT International Hotel is still short.The environment facing the hotel industry is complex and changeable.Therefore,GT International Hotel urgently needs to optimize and improve its marketing mix strategy immediately.This study strives to achieve the goal of improving its competitiveness and achieving sustainable development in the way of finding the problems in the marketing strategy of GT International Hotel,solving the problems it faces,and optimizing its marketing mix strategy.At the same time,GT International Hotel is a high-end hotel in Bobai County.This study provides some reference for the development of the hotel industry in Bobai County,and also provides new ideas for the sustainable development of other hotels of the same type.
